Location is perfect, walking distance to almost everywhere. Great hotel, if you would like to do a short city break, even greater hotel if you are preparing for a mountainiring expedition.

TV channel selection poor 2 Elevators capacity 2 people each, the hotel was crowded and had 7 floors. Many inconveniences for everybody Did not provide enough dishes to match the quantity of saloon chair for breakast. It was full. I had to wait

the front staff were such lovely friendly girls the location was perfect , walkable everywhere and safe

there were a few stray hairs not belonging to me on the bathroom floor, irregularities regarding towel service but in the end of you ask it gets sorted

Breakfast is very basic. The floors are really dirty with someone's hair all around in the room and bathroom. Multiple rooms. Otherwise could be 10/10.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice too.

The breakfast was terrible, unfortunately. Few items and the bread was thick and hard. Never seemed fresh. The staff could be more polite and gentle. But I also gotta mention the same staff let my baggage in a room after.the checkout. Using the elevators was an exercise of patience. There's no frigobar in the room. For a low cost hotel this is a disaster because people always shop something to eat or drink inside the room. One night my neighbors entered in their room at 2AM loudly and noisy. I was able to listen everything (it's no silent). I asked the staff about staying in the room until 11:30 AM because I would pick a transfer to airport at 12:30. Denied. At 10:34 AM a person banged on my door telling me I needed to leave the room. I was ready, just closing the luggages and ai felt expelled. I also paid for a triple room but the size was ridiculously small. I hope the hotel read this as a constructive criticism. It's not personal. But wasn't a good experience.
