Location seemed very nice in the map but it was a bit off the circuit. We had to walk about 4 blocks to get to a nicer place, but we were told not to do so in the evenig. Nevertheless, the room was comfortable and a uber to the restaurants' street was lowcost. The cleaning service was very good. It's a small and simple hotel, don't expect to get much service. We had a lot of lugagges and got no help to get them to the room.

The bread was not good at all. The cleaning service was very good. It's a small and simple hotel, don't expect to get much service. We had a lot of lugagges and got no help to get them to the room. It was a good cost/relation, but it wouldn't be our first option.

USB sockets in room and good WiFi. Cleanliness of Gran Hotel part excellent

The gym was woeful. Should not be called a gym. Breakfast room was utilitarian The check in in sister hotel was a good first impression. The two hotels are so different should be separated Area in which hotel situated gives a very run down appearance albeit it still felt safe.

Staff very helpful and patient when you are there with them in the physical presence. Rooms are new and modern. No issues with the hotel itself. Free breakfast!

Phones didn’t work in the room and hard to get someone to answer the front desk phone calls from an international number, perhaps. Doors are not open in the morning to exit from the Gran Dakar hotel lobby so you have to go to the Dakar hotel to exit (not far, just have to update Uber app, etc)

There was some construction work going on nearby which could be heard during the daytime

It was a very confortable, clean and modern looking hotel. The staff was excellent! Helpful and polite. They have a very good breakfast with plenty options to choose. The staff gave us very good advice and recommendations for activities in the city.

Since I booked through Booking.com my price was higher than my friends that rented directly at the hotel. So that was a little bit disappointing.

This is the new part of a 3-hotel establishment and the room has very nice new furniture, brand new bathrooms as well. The breakfast was also excellent although it does not start until 7.

Their small gym needs a serious uplift.

The location, it is located about 10 blocks away from the nice downtown area where restaurants and parks are located. It didn’t feel safe to walk at night. The closest park was fenced.

The breakfast could offer a bit of variety for those who stay more than 2 days.

Breakfast was great and variety. The staff was very professional. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the waitress, David, is exceptional.

The juices and yogurts didn’t have names so I didn’t know what they were. There was not much variety especially with the famous Argentine facturas.
