Location was great and staff was very helpful. The concierge was also to get us reservations at several restaurants and wineries that were not available for us to book directly; they use a travel agency for this and it was significantly more expensive than if we had been able to book directly, but at least we got reservations. One of our friends injured her leg getting off the plane and the hotel had a wheelchair on hand, which she used for the duration of our stay. They also confirmed with the restaurants and wineries about wheelchair accommodation.

The bar was extremely slow in making our mixed drinks.

Unlike the Hotel Hare Uta in Rapa Nui claiming to be a five star, this is a five star hotel. Wonderful spa offering various treatments with manicures and pedicures, proper king bed, loads of towels, bath & shower, coffee & tea facilities in room along with outstanding selection of fruit and variety at breakfast - and delicious cappuccinos. Enjoyed my 4 night stay.

Fabulous hotel. Good location. Very pleasant and helpful staff. The room was enormous with a beautiful view of the Andes in the distance. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower was superb. We were given a complimentary glass of wine on arrival and a further one with our evening meal. The food in the restaurant was exquisite and breakfast was excellent. This hotel was just perfect I would thoroughly recommend for a a very luxurious stay

There is nothing I could say could be improved

Place and Facilities. Most of all, kind and dedicated people in Diplomatic Hotel. Francisco, Conzalo in reception and Luiz in concierge were quite nice and supportive. Especially, supervisor Franco supported me a lot on the check-out date in relation to flight cancellation due to national strike of airport. One of the rememberable hotels in the history of my visit. Quite strongly recommendable.

Nothing in special

Rooms were spacious, lobby was grand, restaurant food was lovely and the staff were very attentive. Both my partner and I enjoyed our massages which were brought forward at last minute to accommodate a change in our itinerary.

The pool was skin tingling cold (late Sep) and if I were to be picky, the free weights in the gym aren't heavy enough.

The location is perfect for visiting Mendoza. Gonzalo in the Concierge, was extremely helpful in all of our requests. Service in the hotel is outstanding. Good breakfast.

Perfect location, very comfortable and clean. Spacious room. Staff was polite and regardful. Excellent breakfast.

USB ports didn't work. No minibar options but water. When we arrived the bathroom had a bad smell, but as we started to use it the smell went away.

Everything about this hotel was above expectations. It was well located near lots of restaurants and parks. Everything is of a walking distance.

The only surprising issue was that one when I came back from my winery tour, I discover that housekeeping had plugged the kettle with the "on" button pressed which is utterly dangerous. I never use hotel kettle. I have also never encountered such a situation. I cannot believe that this was a negligence; I believe that the employee did that on purpose for whatever the motivation was. I mentioned the incident to Reception.

We had to change our booking due to flight cancellations. The hotel were very acomadating and allowed us into our rooms very early before checkin. The consierge arranged a fabulous wine tasting tour for us. The hotel and most specially the reception staff totally exceed our expectations. Breakfast was great too.

Dealing with booking.com !! Had to shorten the stay by one night due to airline delays/ cancellations. Impossible to modify on the booking.com website. A total waste of my business time. Staff at hotel were brilliant but we had to modify the booking with booking.com. Terrible experience until I finally found the number of an English office where a polite lady finally helped me. The website is a shocker and the software needs an overhaul.
