Lovely apartment in the centre of Mendoza. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we were allowed to check in early as we arrived very early from a flight. The appartment was large and had a small kitchen area which was useful. There was a sofa and seating area which was lovely. The reception staff were very helpful when our tour was late picking us up. They contacted the company for us. They also gave us an iron when we asked. There was an extensive breakfast buffet which had some healthier options than what I had experienced in Argentina, such as fruit salad and plain oats. There was delicious cake too and the coffee was lovely.

The keys often didnt work but this is a small issue. The aircon was rather erratic. The kitchen wasnt the best equipped, a small bowl would have been good for cereal and a simple towel for drying. The housekeeping is strange. It was not really important or neccesary to make the bed or do dishes but it would have been preferable to replensish the toilet paper, shampoo and soap! We had to ask for these items at reception. Not a huge issue but just something to think about...

Great location. Walking distance to one of the main streets and restaurants. Room was comfortable and very spacious and the bed was very good size. Good breakfast.

There was a minor issue with a bit of odor from the bathroom drain, so we kept the bathroom door closed and it was ok, no problem after that. The internet was not very fast at the room, but it worked reasonably well for general use. Really appreciate the free parking space but do not recommend taking a very big car; the carpark entrance is very narrow.

The aparthotel has quite large rooms, the beds are comfortable, there is a furnished living area, a kitchen corner, and a medium-sized bath. We especially appreciated people at the reception, which were very polite and eager to help. We particularly mention Brian. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, and to the centre . A very convenient and fast clothes washing and ironing service is available

We selected an aparthotel to be able to dine in sometime, but the kitchen utensils are minimal. We missed plates, pots, pan, and colander. These things were provided when we asked,but I think they should have been there. The building is surrounded by pretty noisy air conditioning units, so it was hard to find a quiet room

Spacious rooms with a large living room area, kitchen and two bathrooms. Prime location right in the center next to a nice park and many great dining options closeby. Decent breakfast and a private parking garage (little tricky to get into). Friendly staff.

Fitness facilities are limited. Be careful driving down the ramp to the parking garage as it´s a steep incline with a risk of scraping underside of the car.

Excellent location in central Mendoza. Very large 'suite' room with comfortable bed, kitchenette, and a sofa. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking garage. Decent breakfast included. Aircon.

Wifi was terrible for 4-star hotel. The kitchenette didn't have much in the way of utensils so you wouldn't be able to cook there. Maybe ok for bringing takeaway back to the hotel, but in central Mendoza there are a billion restaurants, so no idea why you'd want to. Fairly poor sound proofing means you here everything from the corridor and nearby rooms.

Great location by parks and excellent restaurants. Large comfortable suites. We had 308 with a kitchenette, dining table and couch. Good light, high ceilings, quiet room on rear of property. Pleasant breakfast and excellent staff. Did I mention the spacious secured garage?

Like most of Mendoza, the urban fabric, mainly sidewalks need maintenance.

The location was great, central to the sights and restauranta of Mendoza. The room was large and clean and had everything you needed.

The shower wasn't great. I had a room where you climbed into the shower with water that spread out into the Bathroom. There were few sockets to use, I could only locate one in my room that was visible.

This place suited us. The location was ideal, near some very good restaurants and in a safe area, the rooms were spacious and the staff were very helpful.

I wouldn’t come here for a romantic weekend but as a central, efficient, well maintained place it was perfect for business or leisure (but not for a romantic weekend).

It's a lovely hotel with really big rooms and a little kitchen. The breakfast was good with heaps of choices. The location is really great as it is not far from the Plaza de Independce and is close to good restaurants and the party street. The staff is great. Bryan gave us some good tips on our arrival day.

Very polite staff, very helpfull. We booked a room for 3 people, it had a queen sized bed and two single beds, veeeery spacious, kitchen are with pots and pans, kitchen utentils, microwave and minifridge, a living room area with a sofa, chairs and tv (no netflix or youtube though). Very spacious bathroom, with a bathtub. Awesome location, near very good restaurants (Estancia Florencia was our favorite) and beautiful parks. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but since most excursions leave very early you can talk to the receptionist and you can come around 6:30 to have it earlier.

Not many fruits selections for breakfast.
