Staff was very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was great and the parking was onsite and safe. The location is close to many shops and activities.

Again staff was great, but the hotel is in need of much repair. The kitchenette was without a microwave and the stove did not work (also, no utensil, coffee, plates, etc.). The windows and balcony door did NOT have locks (or they didn’t work) and as we had kids, we worried for safety reasons. Many things were broken in the room (doors, the couch, bathroom fixtures, etc.). We had to move from our first room because the lock to the main door to our room malfunctioned. Again, staff was great and helped out, but the management needs to tend to basic maintenance, especially at an internationally recognized hotel like Howard Johnson.

Breakfast was good

Beds were old and not comfortable. Parking was not al the location and the place was odd. For the same price I was charged I could have get a better place.

Very outdated room/bathroom, poorly maintained. Noisy at night overlooking the street below. Poor offer for breakfast. No vegetables except for two fruits. All sweets and pastries.

Room size. People. Breakfast.

Piles of linens, sheets, for a couple of days in the middle of the isle. The TV in the room was too small. I believe it was a 32 inch in a room size to have a minimum 50". Also, it was in a small and short table where you can't see properly whale in bed. Should have been larger and hanged so people can rotate towards the bed, Dutton, or breakfast table. Very easy with a fake Durlock wall and/or bracket.
