Well located, spacious apartment. Appreciated the set up of two extra beds in the living space for the children. Great breakfast in the morning and room was cleaned daily. WiFi was reliable throughout. Also enjoyed the swimming pool. In general the foyer and common areas were modern and well maintained. 24 hour concierge was reassuring and staff were always helpful and friendly.

Bathroom could do with updating but everything worked. Kitchen supplies were sparse and would have been helpful to have more dishes, cutlery etc..

Clean with good breakfast options and comfortable facilities in a convenient location.

Accessing the garage's lower level through the car elevator is somewhat challenging to navigate. However, that's just the way it is.

The staff was great, very helpful and courteous. Loved the view of downtown from the room, and was extremely helpful to have had access to a pool during a very hot summer. The hotel is in a great location, just a few blocks away from the Peatonal in one direction, and the river in the other.

Seems relatively minor, but found it unusual to have almost no AC outlets in the room (and a couple of them very awkwardly placed out of reach).

Apartment was clean, spacious. Bed very big and comfy. Breakfast had variety and all you need to start into the day. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Optional hot plate in the kitchenette would be nice.

The rooms are big but need updating and the photos of the pool must have been taken a few years ago as it has no water in it now. We only stayed one night because the town has a mosquito problem.

The hotel is over rated, extremelly expensive for what you get, Reception staff is not helping, they say no to every request. The hotel has too many rules and the overall experience is bad. Also is infested with pigeons
