Great hotel, nice location just outside of city centre, however close to everything. Leonardo on reception was super helpful and very attentive. His service is just outstanding. Hotel staff in general ggreat too. Hotel has great facilities, access to the beach. Breakfasts are great. Also highly recommend to have dinner, as their chef if as outstanding as the hotel itself. Just be mindful that best to get rental car as it will allow you more flexibility to move around. Spa in the room including sauna, steam room with massage shower was a good addition to experience. Highly recommend if planning to stay in Bariloche.

The staff are absolutely excellent and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The hotel offers fantastic views and is very well located, sitting between the city of Bariloche and the other attractions. The rooms offer plenty of spa amenities to ensure guests enjoy a relaxing stay.

The room that we stayed in could use some minor reparations. For example, at one point there was water leaking from the wall, a few fixtures in the jacuzzi randomly fell off, and several times we had to spend a few minutes trying to get the key reader to our room to function.

The breakfast spread is really good with lovely fresh coffee of all types. The croissants are delicious and all the pastries are freshly baked in house. Really good to have freshly made eggs every morning. Extremely friendly and helpful staff willing to help and go out of their way at all times. Great experience! The room is extremely clean with daily housekeeping. The views from the hotel are amazing.. they have a lovely heated pool outside with towels and jacuzzi.. A very comfortable and amazing stay.. ❤️

Everything was excellent!!

Unique building and surroundings. Very friendly and helpful staff. High quality food in the restaurant. Amazing views over the lake. Private access to the shore/beach. Nice swimming pool. Made a real effort with Christmas decorations (in & outdoors). Location is 8k out of town but Uber was only US$7 each way so very easy to get in & out of town.

Restaurant food was lovely but could have done with a few everyday choices rather than just gourmet dishes. Also it felt like you were obligated to have 2-3 courses.

The Charming is truly that! Its lake setting provided stunning views, yet its location makes for easy access to the town center and the Circuito Chico drive outside Bariloche. The rooms are spacious, and the sauna, steam bath and whirlpool tub with a lake view in our bathroom was a luxury treat. The three course menu in the restaurant is a gourmet experience, and finally, the staff is gracious and welcoming.

There is currently construction going on both next door and to a lesser degree on site. The hotel has worked hard to mitigate this situation, and we didn’t find it distracting during our stay.

We stayed together with my 7y.o. son. Hotel exceeded our expectations despite we are used to good 5star hotels. Actually it was one of the best hotels during our 2.5 weeks trip in Patagonia. Room was very nice, well designed and clean, with all necessary things provided. Hotel has free parking in the territory. Personal spoke English, and was very friendly. Hotel also has a very good restaurant with a nice view on the lake, a bit expensive for Argentina, but it really worth. During the stay hotel paid a lot of attention to small things - they put a flag of your home country in front of the room.:) We were leaving early in the morning and hotel proactively prepared a lunch box with snacks for us. And by the way the breakfast we also tried and was also very good. We liked our stay so much that we decided to come back and to stay for one more night (luckily they had a room available). We’ll definitely come back again. Thank you!

Wonderful location overlooking lake. spacious suite with spa bath. Mostly helpful staff & manager, who went out of their way to assist. Fantastic breakfast. Very peaceful. Highly recommended. Dinner once at hotel (2 course special) and once at Las Morillas - also excellent.

restaurant staff at lunch very slow to serve (40 mins for coffee & sandwich). Breakfast was a similar situation, where staff were not proactive.

The friendliest staff that wanted to make your stay simply unforgettable. The incredible views and landscaping. Here you get the essence of Bariloche's magic. The comfiest bed you can imagine.

Some soundproofing issues for connecting rooms. Everything is in stellar and super clean condition, but the design and some facilities look outdated.

Surprise upgrade to our accommodations on arrival! It was amazing with most welcome bonus being able to enjoy the jacuzzi hot tub and then relax in front of our real open log fire, such bliss after our long walks in the surrounding beautiful countryside. Staff were wonderful, would not hesitate to visit again! Thank you!

Perfect!

An absolutely beautiful spot on the lake with a stunning view from nearly everywhere on the property. They seem to be extending the hotel at the front, so the construction slightly blocks off part of the view from the restaurant terrace though . Easy access down to the lake and pool and the greenery everywhere was really nice. The bed and room itself were both very large and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was all absolutely lovely for dinner and also breakfast!

We were there during a very hot period and the air con struggled slightly and got quite noisy and clicky if left on for a period. We were in room 53 and were opposite a bar over the road which played music outdoors until quite late, so maybe avoid that if you're looking for an early night. Also the thing we found most strange was the room had an adjoining door which was not soundproofed at all, meaning you could hear almost anything from the adjacent room. Not sure if that was the same everywhere or we were just unlucky. The shower and bathroom could also do with a bit of a refresh.
