Very well located, in the middle of main attractions in Bariloche (downtown, catedral, piedras blancas, campanario, puerto, circuito chicco). Staff was wonderful. Accomodations were very comfortable, well heated, beautifully designed and well equipped. Restaurant is actually one of the best we’ve tried in Bariloche. Kids loved the pool, fireplace, spacious bedroom and kitchen area. We will definitely go back there in our next snow trip.

Honestly, nothing I didn’t like. If something could be improved, I would say the larger pool could have been a little warmer. The small one was perfectly warm. But this really didn’t prevent us from visiting the pool and having a very relaxing time after a long day at the mountain. So, not that I did’t like. I would like it even more if water was just a little warmer.

The views of Nahuel Huapi were amazing. I liked the personal fireplaces, and the communication with the front desk was easy and they were quite responsive. It’s not far from Bariloche city center either. 5-ish minute drive, and Ubers are very available.

One can wish that the site was right on the water, but that’s hard to accomplish. I had an amazing suite in the rearmost unit which offered and incredible view of the lake and mountains, but going up the hill with baggage (granted I’m pregnant and have asthma) was a little rough! Also the service at the onsite restaurant is rather slow, but there’s only one server on duty, and they were doing their best.

We absolutely loved the balcony with the amazing view of the lake, so beautiful, you can just relax and chill on the balcony looking at the great landscape in front of you. The location was better for exploring Llao Llao and that side of the lake than downtown Bariloche would have been, which is an advantage, especially with the traffic during peak season. Nice spacious room with a big bathroom and a jacuzzi tub. Friendly staff both at the hotel and the restaurant.

A few small things that could be improved: - It'd be useful to have a bin in the room, not just in the bathroom - breakfast was really nice but it would be great to have some tomatoes and other vegetables (tbh it's not just this hotel specifically, it seems to be the case across the country) -towels could do with an upgrade.

Beautiful clean room, spacious, with great view of the lake. It was a very comfortable setting. One of our favorite thing to do was just to sit in our room and look at the lake. The front desk staff were very responsive via whatsapp. The breakfast was very good, with a decent variety of food to choose from, including eggs cooked to order. Overall we really liked this property, its location, and the very helpful staff.

Location, view of the room 27 is amazing, the bedroom is nice and has everything you need. Good breakfast! I ordered food for room service and it was fast and very good. My favorite part was meeting the cat Romeu and the dog. I love hotels that take care of animals.

The bed could be more comfortable, the pillows were terrible. I asked the front desk for lower pillows and they brought 2 very hard pillows. I ended up sleeping with a small cushion from one of the bedroom chairs.

Lovely rustic style rooms! Beautiful view of the lake. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Included Morning breakfast was great (they also have eggs) Ideally located (you have options of 5-6 other restaurants within a short walk including El Patacon next door which is excellent/highly recommend)

The bathrooms are small but stil manageable and did not affect our experience.

Staff was amazing. Very kind and willing to help always. The facilities were really nice and I loved that the room had a fireplace. We really enjoyed our stay, had an amazing massage at the spa as well.

The room was a bit too far from the main entrance and it was snowing so it made it somewhat difficult, however they also helped with the luggage which was great. I dind't love it that it was far from the center but if your looking to stay at the hotel and relax, this is perfect!

We loved the breakfast and the staff. Had everything we needed and everyone was so friendly and kind. The view was great and everything was comfy.

Getting the right temperature on the water for the shower was hard. It was either scolding hot or cold. We tried to find a middle ground, but I cannot complain.

We liked the very large and firm bed, and the kitchenette, but only used the fridge for our drinks. The breakfast was good, but as mentionned by earlier comments you have to select a 50 min interval to access it as the room is small. Staff at the reception was nice. the view from the bed was beautiful.

The room was expensive, but I selected the hozel to enjoy a nice lake view. we did have one from the bed, but not from the kitchen table. so I think some of the pictures on the website are misleading, as most rooms you might get won’t have that view. Also the price for an additional bed is as much as a night in some other hotels which are just as fancy.
