The property is conveniently located near Bariloche downtown. The facilities were clean and very pleasing. I stayed for only one night prior to leaving to the airport and it was an accomodation that met my needs. I would stay here again. I was given an upgraded room with a view to the lake which was a treat a totally appreciated! Thank you

Great modern hotel close to the city center of Bariloche. Very good breakfast. Nice views from the lounge area. Friendly staff.

In my room the internet didnt work well and there was quite a bit of noise from the corridor.

Perfect location, just in the heart of the city. Some restaurants are nearby. The hotel has an excellent view from the hall. The kitchen was really helpful.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy.

Staff at the reception was extremely helpful. They helped us solve some last minute issues we had with booking some excursions. Locations is great.

WiFi signal in the room was very week.

Rooms were spacious, lake view was great. Staff was very friendly.

Beautifull views over the lake, very comfortable and luxurious rooms/beds. Great and supportive staff, tasty and rich breakfast. Enjoyed my stay a lot, much recommended!
