The staff were very friendly and helped us with all our enquiries and requests. The breakfast was limited in variety but consistent and filling (the coffee was excellent). For us the rooms were too hot, but they provided us with a room with the heating turned off in the bedroom. Great location near to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, tourist information office(s) and local buses to all the hiking points.

Limited utilities in kitchen and working area around cooker (only top hob/stove available, no oven). Some front rooms had traffic noise, back rooms quiter.

Great value for money, location was awesome, staff were super friendly and helpful, also let you leave bags after checkout and it was very clean.

Toilet in room 107 is constantly running, not sure where all the water is going to but probably needs looking at and is annoying when you are trying to sleep! Shower floods the bathroom. Toilet seat is sharp and probably needs replacing. Lacking in utensils in the kitchen, no chopping knife, can opener or peeler. Breakfast was a bonus but it is just toast and drinks. Wifi can be temperamental.

They kindly turned the heating off in our room because we don't like a heated bedroom. Having toast, coffee and juice for breakfast was great. Plenty of storage in the rooms. Restaurant area was a good place to meet people

Limited workspace and equipment in the kitchen. Oven unusable. Wife was intermittent and we had to use the restaurant area, which was better but not 100% reliable.

Great location, amazing value! Room was small but quaint and cleaned daily. There is no elevator but you are able to use the kitchen to cook your own food after lunchtime. Front desk was very accommodating and would highly recommend if traveling on a budget.

Hostel staff were lovely and went out of the way to help us. Breakfast was really nice each day and there was really strong wifi. Rooms were big and really warm and we were given towels. Free cold water refills and the location was great, near the town centre and had a western union nearby. Hair dryer provided too which was a first for me in South america

It got really hot in the night. No common areas (but they had a dining room) so not very social. Our toulet flush was not working well

Location is convenient, easy to find, eatery nearby, fruits store just across the road, tour pick up hotel. Breakfast is adequate, kitchen is available for use after 10am, this is definitely a plus in a cold place like Bariloche!

There is no lift or elevator, the lady at the reception helped to bring our luggage up the flight of stairs. Upon departure, the staff on duty helped us to bring the heavy bags down. Excellent service by the staff.

The bathroom is extremely small and if you take a shower you have to deal with the great flood, literally

Great location close to the centre, nice and warm rooms which are cleaned every day. The staff were all very friendly and happily stored our luggage when we arrived before check in and also after check out. Good Wi-Fi and breakfast included. We extended our stay!

I like the dining area, where I could sit down. The location is also ideal and close to town.

The hotel is near a busy intersection, so you hear cars coming and going. Limited breakfast. No desk in my room.

Very friendly staff! The room was comfortable and clean, and the shower has good water pressure. The location is perfect and the property is great value for money.

The heating could be turned down slightly. I was ok with it but my husband got very hot during the evenings and so we had to have our windows open.
