The staff were amazing. Julieta & Veronica at reception were really understanding when I lost my debit card and had to pay with cash. Our room was really comfortable and clean. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Best breakfast we’ve had in South America! Great location in the centre of town

Receptionist was very informative and helpful, very welcoming, always smiling :) Breakfast was very rich and varied, containing fruits, cereal, cakes, breads that you can toast, hams, and cheese, etc. Bed was comfortable and wide, room was comfy.

Our room bathroom requires a bit of renovation. A bit awkward thing was that the sink in our bathroom was literally inside the shower, which isn't very big by itself And also no drainage on the bathroom floor, which was a problem when the floor gets wet.

Staff was extremely nice, and room was great as well. Location was the best in the downtown area.

The breakfast was the best of what we had in Argentina and the staff was friendly and helpfull! When we wanted another room there was no problem.

It was a little bit to warm in the rooms, beceaus the heating was on maximal. But thats personal.
