The staff was very nice and the location is amazing! Right in the center of all good things (chocolate stores, lake in a walking distance, and the plaza as well)

Note that there's no mini-fridge in the room. We filled our bottles with clean cold water from the machine in the middle floor. Also, no air conditioning. Our room was with a lake view which is amazing but can be a little hot because of the sun. Wouldn't recommend being here in the sunmer time.

Stayed 3 nights here. Entrance is up a old arcade which we were a bit concerned about. However once we met Juan Manuel at reception we knew we had booked the right hotel. He is a lovely guy who goes out of his way to assist you in any way he can. We had a room with a view over to the lake which was beautiful. Older style rooms but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and nice. Would recommend to those wanting a good value hotel in the heart of bariloche

We arrived before 7 am. They arranged to have a room cleaned as soon as possible for us to move in way before check-in time, and even offered a free breakfast while we waited! Both desk and breakfast staff were so kind and sincere. Highly recommended!

Ok room, Hot water shower, good location, fair price since bariloche seems expensive.

Ok breakfast but in a hotel I anticipate a bit better breakfast (add egg, or an alternative bread). Price was a bit higher at arrival than on booking.

It's located in the best location of Bariloche, the team has cleaned my room every day.

The breakfast is very boring, no eggs, bad coffee, no other type of bread other than white bread.

Great location in central Bariloche with friendly staff. Comfortable bed; super hot water for bath; water machine for refilling drink bottles was a bonus. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

The front desk and the kitchen staff were incredible ! They gave me a room with a million dollar view ! Great and modest hotel with an awesome location!

The location was great.

The parking garage was several blocks away and the parking spaces were extremely tight.

Room was big for ARG, you could tell it had a little wear, but everything was real clean. Nice room safe big enough for a computer, bathroom was good size, and the water pressure and hot water were excellent

Breakfast was just OK
