Great location, rooms were fairly large with great staff to help. Hotel is decorated with lots of movies and rockstar posters, so it adds a nice touch. Breakfast buffet was great, with lots of hot and cold food options. Really great value for what we got.

The lingering Axe Body spray smell when entering the hotel. Not sure if AC works?

Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants. Only 2 blocks from the lake. Very clean and friendly staff.

This hotel is in a busy area right in the center of town. We enjoyed that we could walk to so much shopping and dining. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no noise issues.

Parking to unload the car was challenging. The check in process was very slow. Checkout was also slow. A lot of this had to do with the way the local city tax is collected.

The staff no was very friendly. Have problems in the room with the shower is so hot. The water was running outside of the shower. The shower wasn’t very clean.

Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable and room large.

1. Need to buy a new toilette seat. It was the worst i have ever seen and not a big expense. Literally falling apart. 2. Shower water one temp only. Scalding hot and unable to shower. 3. Loud loud music in the reception that was playing until after midnight and prevented being able to go to sleep. Not necessary.

Clean and comfortable

The profile description was not accurate and the staff was rude. In their profile they offered Free Buffet Breakfast and Bar, but they didn’t have any of them and didn’t offer anything in compensation. When we asked them if we could cancel, they said we should do it through the App, but it was not refundable. Totally not recommended
