The room was big enough, with comfy beds, a small fridge, a large safe and a huge bathtube with hydromassage. The pool was noce and warmer than expected, with the larger portion to swim at around 29-30 and the hydromassage portion at about 32 degree Celsius.

The breakfast sometimes had pastries from one or two days ago which were very hard. The pool needs some maintenance, but really don’t re-glue the tiles while there is water and people swimming… And also please indicate at which time they will be swimming lessons and make it clear who has the priority. The swimming teacher seems to think hotel clients are an annoyance, Not what you expect from a good standing hotel.

The room was extremely clean and very comfortable with a large bathroom. The location is also perfect, right in the middle of Bariloche’s main avenue. The breakfast had a good variation of pastries and fresh fruit. It was also possible to pay for the room is cash at the official exchange rate which is very beneficial for foreign tourists

I don’t feel that you should have to pay to use the sauna if you are a guest at the hotel as it is listed as a facility on Booking.com

The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect in the middle of town. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to check out at 7 a.m. to go to the airport and that's when breakfast began, but that was my issue for not scheduling my flight later.

Nothing , if you are an avid spa and gym person then maybe you would want a bit more but that is being picky , although I did not have treatments friends did and they loved them , the hot stones was fantastic they said .

Great location on one of the main streets in Bariloche and just a few minutes walk away from lots of restaurants, excellent breakfast with lots of options (especially the cakes and other desserts !), we loved the pool which was a good size and great to relax in at the end of a day's walking.

Our room was quite hot and there was no air conditioning - the window did open but not especially wide and there wasn't a breeze. The room wasn't very soundproof and we could hear people walking around the corridors.

One ceiling light had no switch so we could only turn it off by pulling the room key card meaning the other switches and outlets did not work anymore. Very inconvenient!

Horrible breakfast, and food service . Fruits were not fresh, some rotten, and some not ripe tasted like a cucumber . Finally they did not agree to prepare a breakfast to go, for an early checkout. This is a stain on the total operation of the hotel. Pity.

Close to everything, good staff (gentle, educated, attentive), breakfast is not bad, swimming is clean and warm, cleanliness.

Unfortunately when visited the swimming pool was closed as was being renovated
