We loved EVERYTHING. From the moment we entered the hotel we felt in great care. The hotel managers were very welcoming making our check in a very smooth process. We went to our bedroom and we missed the crib for our baby but after a couple of hours they arranged this for us and it was setup so cute! Bed: super comfortable! View from the bedroom: beautiful (overlooking the city, Otto hill and to the right the lake) The breakfast: 11 points. The personnel was super kind, friendly and even arranged a baby seat for us. The SPA/GYM are is small but very cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing morning after a good workout. Location: 20 points. Only half block from the main avenue and the lakeside with tons of restaurant options. Sun was out and we enjoyed walking a lot! Price was also very good for the season. We will definitely come back!

The property is in an excellent location. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast is amazing.

The hotel and staff were perfect, with the exception that the hotel can not arrange taxis. This is the first time I have ever experienced this with a hotel. The receptionist said they can arrange a private car, but cannot call for taxis. And the private cars were not available. They say the only option is for you to go into the street to find a taxi. This is peculiar at best, but can be a major problem when needing to get to the airport (as there were no taxis anywhere near the hotel - within 3 streets!). So plan ahead for this problem…

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and did their utmost to make this holiday stay enjoyable for our family, including our baby grandson. The breakfast included was exceptionally good. The hotel offers lounges with very comfortable chairs as well as comfortable chairs in the individual rooms.

There is no air conditioning and the room got a little stuffy even with the window open all night, though we were given a fan, which did help. It does not have its own car parking facilities but it was no problem parking the car we rented in an independent car parking facility nearby.

The stadf was very friendly and provided good directions. The breakfast was really good.

The so called gym was small, and it was in the same place as the spa, so you couldn't workout without bothering the people trying to relax at the spa. The room temperature was way too high even when turning the heating off.

Location was good, room size with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was a tad small, but clean and everything worked. Great breakfast and a complimentary arrival drink. staff very helpful and attentive. Great value for money

Sorry, but the atrocious internet in all areas, really lets the place down. I suspect the problem has been ongoing for some time and will continue. With no AC in the rooms we had trouble sleeping.

Perfect location, close to restaurants and shops. You could walk anywhere from the hotel. Ideal location. Excellent breakfast and complimentary drink was good too. Pleasant staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that coul improve is the bathroom of our room 601. It was very small and complicated to get into the shower with the WC on the way. Not enough space.

Loved the warm welcome and the free welcome drink at the bar, so nice after a long journey. We found the location perfect as right in the centre and a short walk to the lake front as well as the main street. Loved the beds in our room too, really nice, crisp bedding. The price we paid was less than some hostels we've stayed at so we thought the quality for money was great.

Our room was quite hot and with no a/c we had to open the window but as it's in tge centre of town it was quite noisy. Such a shame as everything else was great. Breakfast could have started earlier too as so many people need to get away early for flights, excursions etc. 7.15 start meant we had to rush and only grabbed a few bites.

It is quite old with cracks in flooring etc but this didn’t bother us too much. The spa area is only open from 5:30-9:30pm with booking for 30 min slot required. We booked the first time slot but the jacuzzi was too hot to get into, like burn your skin hot. We asked if cool water could be added but this was not possible as I presume it’s like a bath that has to stay hot until end of the session …but it hadn’t cooled down within our 30 min slot so we had to leave without using it, as our time was up. Disappointing. Would recommend others book a later slot if available

The staf is nice and helpfull, the room is not so big but very nice, clean and cozy. The location is great, at the center and close to everything. The breakfast was excellent.

Location is great and the staff is the best! Everyone was super attentive and helpful at every time. From the breakfast, spa and reception! Possibly the best quality of the hotel!

The rooms are a bit outdated and do not have enough air through the window that opens. But still are good enough.
