Location was great! The building was functional and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Were accommodating regarding offering gluten free alternatives for breakfast.

A lot of choices of breads and fruit for breakfast but no hot options like eggs. I think that renovating the lobby with new furniture would make all the difference here, at least new coverings.

Clean, spacious hotel with well maintained shared areas. Enjoyed the sundowner free drink on the terrace. Good breakfast, was surprised that you had to pay extra for cooked eggs.

Needed to leave an empty bag for a week - the staff were super helpful, but wanted me to pay per night in cash.

It is located in the city centre, which is perfect for sightseeing and exploring what the city has to offer. The hotel also was very clean, with a delicious breakfast. They provide parking lot for guests, so you dont have to be concerned about it if you rent a car (which is 100% recommended). The room and the bathroom are large and comfortable with power outlets on both sides of the bed. Internet is also really good

You have to state the time you wanna have breakfast which leaves no room for flexibility

Nice open hotel staff were very helpful and friendly especially Fabian and there was another young lad at reception unfortunately can't rem name. Facilities were good. Breakfast all served well but maybe could have better fruit options but staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were cleaned and made up well and beds very confortable. Thank you!

Road outside was noisy at times so disturbed me at night/early morning but I am a light sleeper.

Location central in town near bus stops and restaurants. In room safe. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and in a safe location.

No air conditioning. We had to leave window open so you then have road noise. There was an in room large fan. The lift in the hotel was old and small. We were on 5th floor but lift only went to 4th floor. Breakfast was very basic. Staff did not speak any english which made it harder to communicate (as my spanish was very basic), but we managed.

The hotel is very well located, what makes it possible for you to reach tour agencies, chocolate stores, supermarkets, rental places for special snow clothes, and so on. You have everything you need just a few steps away. The breakfast has lots of options. The staff is very friendly, they are always ready to help you when you need. The room is very clean, actually one of the cleanest rooms I have ever been in a hotel. Actually the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Staff were quite pleasant and there was a nice ski lodge vibe. Also a complimentary drink in the restaurant and bonbons in the room because it was Valentine’s Day.

The last day I received a note under the door stating that I would have to pay, only in cash, an ecotax. Scared me because I was nearly out of pesos and was thinking of where I could scramble to get more. It was only 1000 pesos (about 3 USD). If the note had stated what the amount was going to be I would not have panicked. Also the pastries at breakfast were astoundingly dry and bland.

Clean & spacious room with lots of natural light, comfortable bed, good shower, right in the centre, very good breakfast, fantastic towels, good price.

15 minute check in process, insufficient electric lighting, old style lift with two doors, poor noise insulation from outside/other rooms/corridor, patchy WiFi, no control over heating,

The room was comfortable. It has a minibar, and that definitely makes a difference if you are a hiker like me. I usually buy sandwiches and store them in the minibar. The location is great, it is at the core of the city. It has a secure parking inside the hotel plot

The staff could have been more friendly. The breakfast did not have many healthy options available. A lot of white flour. I would like more cereals

The location is great - close to the lake, the shopping street, many dining options etc. The wonderful gentleman at the front desk, the only one who spoke English, was very warm and welcoming. The others were helpful too as long as I used Google Translate to communicate with them.
