Grear location They storage bags, before the room is ready or after checkout. Nice lake view from the breakfast area.

They did not allow me a last minute modification on my reservation. Didnt like that one of the receptionist really try hard " to sell" me the most expensive options for tours and recommendations eventhoug i was asking for non expensive options, he was like, thats not available, it will be hard to do or to find... bla bla bla... The hotel is not cheap, so i was expecting something a little more delicate, like the shower for example, needs to be change, to old, the pressure of water is zero, really had a hard time taking my showers.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists; many spoke English; Beautiful views; my room was a garden room which is a bit cheaper - probably worth upgrading to a lake view; pleasant ambiance to the place; comfortable room; Approx $10 for taxi from airport ($6 on return); warm; breakfast was OK and made much better by the stunning view

The room was spacious, and the bed was big and comfortable. The location is beautiful facing the lake and a few minutes walking from the city center.

Hotel right by the shore in Bariloche. One of the oldest in town and still quite in a good shape. Classical environment, clean, good service, commodities and breakfast included. They also have a parking lot (very expensive though). Despite its shortcomings, it is not a bad choice as it has a great location (5 min walk from downtown and the shore), breakfast is included, fair price and overall good service.

The parking lot was very expensive. Slightly outdated facilities, some missing commodities like lack of fridge, old showers, average breakfast options.

The main corridor and floors are a bit old, also very confusing payment upfront of the room and parking. My booking was canceled once because I didn’t manage to pay and I had to book again, when normally I use booking.com to make the process as easy as possible.

Awesome view from our room and the lounge area. There are plenty of comfy lounges where we enjoyed playing cards and pool with our 16 and 18 year old kids. The breakfast was great and accommodation was good value for money. Staff spoke English which was helpful and assisted with booking us a taxi to the airport. Loved our stay.

Would have been great to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee.

The hotel is beutiful and charming, we loved it! Excelent location, super clean, very confortable beds and pillows, very good breakfast and all the personal is very kind. The hotel has garage as well, very convenient considering that the hotel is located in the Bariloche's City center. It is not a modern hotel, but it has all you need and in perfect shape! I definitely recommend this hotel.

This iconic hotel is in the best location in Bariloche for both vistas and proximity to city. . Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Bed was huge and comfy, bath had very hot water.Breakfast a treat. Staff were always friendly and helpful..held bags and allowed us to stay in lounge area well after checkout and rang for taxi on last day even though plane didn't leave till 6pm.Can't praise enough..loved our stay here.

Good location, right at the center of Bariloche. Easy to go everywhere. Beautiful scenery because just opposite lake. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very cozy lobby, you gonna love it.

Quite noisy because next to the Main Street.

The staff was kind and very helpful. The views were magnificent. The bar was fun for evenings befor dinner and to visit friends.
