The hotel has a good location, close enough to the commercial center so we can go walking but far enough to not be annoyed by the external noises. The high points for me: 1) the localization was a win 2) I booked the view for the lake and loved it, was a clear view of an amazing landscape 3) the breakfast was really good.

We can hear a lot from our room neighbors in the room, from clear conversations to water flush, etc. To me, this is not an issue - I don't mind about noises - but I know it can bother many people. Also, the room and the bathroom were small, maybe for two people would be less comfortable.

Really well located, with the possibility of room views to the Nahuel Huapi Lake. Staff were friendly and helpful, I truly enjoyed it

As a young woman traveling alone, I felt very safe at this hotel! The staff was friendly, I left valuables in the room (laptop, kindle, etc.) and had no issues, and the cleaning staff was very thorough. I went back to my room to grab a hat while housekeeping was there and was impressed with how hard they were working. The breakfast was fantastic (although if you like protein, maybe not for you. It was very pastry/sugar-heavy, which is typical in Argentina). Also, the location cannot be beat - there are a ton of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend!

Clean rooms, good services, good humor employees and extremely efficient.

You cannot eat in rooms, that's a little sad because if you get snow during the day or it rains you cant bring food from the street and relax in the room. Also the heating system is not working 100%, some days at night are not working.

This is a charming family run small hotel right in the centre of town. We loved staying here, mainly because we had a room with a comfortable bed, good bathroom and a STUNNING view(4th floor). Worth every penny. The staff were friendly and helpful with taxis, tips for eating out and excursions. Breakfast was good with excellent soft scrambled eggs alongside more usual local pastries and toast.

Those who like a modern business feel to their hotel might be a little disappointed.

Very good location within easy walking distance of centre. The room was nice with a good view of the Lake. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great shower and big towels. It was nice and quiet and the breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We loved every part of our stay at Hotel Tirol. The bedding was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the location had a great view of the lake! This hotel is located near the center, so walking and flagging down a taxi was no problem. We were extremely pleased with the staff, and highly recommend this hotel to others traveling to this area!

Location was in the centre so easy for restaurants and pick up for tours. Breakfast was really good, they even offered us a take away breakfast when leaving early. Staff were so friendly and helpful to us non speaking Spanish people. View from lake view room was beautiful, worth the extra money.

It unfortunately looks tired.

I preferred to change my city view room with a larger lake view room and all the staff helped me to find a new accommodation. Furthermore, the staff was very sociable and professional in all my requests, especially Miss Paulina. Parking is free if avaible. Position is very good. Breakfast is excellent even if you must ask for the butter that is not on the table.
