This was our second stay at the NH Bariloche Edelweiss. I like the location and hotel quality. It has the best breakfast in Bariloche, and is a great spot to be picked up for adventures. We motorcycled in from Chile, needed parking, which is a bit awkward in this facility, but they have a better arrangement in a newer garage a block away, so I used that, far better. We stayed four nights, really enjoy the town. The hotel is solid in every way, albeit aging a bit.

The street noise in Bariloche is getting worse, especially late at night, with unmuffled motorcycles and cars racing in the streets. Hotel management and police should take action, as it was every night. We were there four nights, and the same vehicles every night, uniquely identifiable backfires and engine sounds, so not too difficult to address with legal action. True quality of life issue given need to keep windows open, I assume moreso for local residents. Would never be tolerated in a U.S. town.

The property is central with helpful staff who spoke English. Breakfast was good too but we’ve had much better variety for breakfast in European NH Hotels. In the foyer there was a tour organising office and he offerred us some very good tours.

Before booking, all pictures of rooms available on booking.com had a window with lake/mountain view so was expecting that with the price we paid, but our room ovelooked buildings on a back street. The bathroom toilet seat needed replacing as was all scratched. Besides wood cupboard needed repacing as can be seen in photos.

Nice hotel option in the centre of Bariloche. We stay in the family room with 2 bedroons and 2 bathrooms and one space for clothing and frigobar. The bedroons were big, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was ok - there were varieties but poor quality in some items. Even thought, there were many options. The location is great, near to Mitre street. There are groceries, liquor store and restaurants around (including shops for rental snow clothes almost in front). The restaurante of the hotel (Toscano I believe) had great food, reasonable price and jazz shows some nights. Is is a perfect choice to eat after a day of skiing.

The shower was very weak and dificult to wash the hair with so few water. The wifi inside the bedroon was poor.

Lovely hotel located in excellent location, right in the centre of Bariloche. Spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the lake. Two beds were provided as per our request in advance. Clean and the WiFi worked really well. Highly recommend!

The shower pressure and water flow were both very weak, but we managed to wash our hair despite this.

Good location for a one night trip Huge room and a good view Lots of storage space which wasn't required for us, but may benefit longer stay travellers. Complimentary chocolate and water as well as a tea tray (the latter has been missing in lots of hotels around Argentina on our trip)

Struggled to get hot water and wasn't a 'peak time" to shower Poor shower pressure in our room, perhaps due to being on the top floor

We had some problema at check in since at check in our room type was not available but they found a better solution and greeted us with some treats as an apology. Experience was fine though, breakfast was good and had good variety. Rooms comfortable and clean. WiFi was very bad.

Central location, close to the lake and the commercial area of Bariloche. A few nice touches in the room, like chocolates and a bottle of water. Quiet and clean room.

The hotel feels a little bit outdated. The bathroom is extremely basic, no hand shower, no bidet. The pressure in the overhead shower was quite weak.

The hotel is in the centre of Bariloche, the facilities were great, the staff in the restaurant were first class with fantastic service. Breakfast was also fantastic. The front desk staff were very helpful and informative, in all an excellent hotel.

Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are very spacious. The staff were great. Nice location with lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent breakfast!

Because Bariloche is a place where kids go to celebrate school, it is often very loud at night way into the morning. Bring earplugs and you can’t hear anything or leave the windows closed.

The rooms are specious and clean. The view from our room was amazing. Good parking nearby .located in the city center.

There is no air conditioning only a fan. If open the windows lots of noise from street.
