Bariloche was one of the nicest travel experiences of my life (and I've been travelling for about 30 years). The rooms facing the front of the Huinid Bustillo hotel, like the one I stayed in, have an absolutely amazing view of the lake Nahuel Huapi and the Andes peaks beyond the lake. The breakfast food was very very good, with many choices, including fruits, yogurts and desserts (one day I counted 15 kinds). Fresh and delicious, nourishing too. The hotel has a swimming pool with a nice view of the mountains, spa services and a big terrace where you can enjoy food from the restaurant or just bask in the sun. Also a nice yard, with a big lawn, birds, trees and rose bushes. The entire area is very beautiful, with amazing mountains and lakes, hiking trails and let's not forget the delicious chocolate (better than the Swiss one in my opinion) and ice cream stores spread all over the centre of the town. I didn't want to leave, and I hope will return one day soon, even if it's a long flight from Canada.

Nothing, just wish I could have stayed longer than the 6 days I spent there.

Great breakfast with lots of options. Fantastic view from our bedroom, which was very spacious with great beds. If you have a car, there's space for parking.

Very soulless decor in lobby and bar which lacked any sort of atmosphere.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. The staff were very attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any request. We also had a flight delay which meant we had a change in dates and they were really amazing and understanding even though it was last minute. No air con in all rooms as standard in Bariloche hotels but they provided fans on hot days which was great. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was great, a lot of options and fresh. Would definitely go there again.

The breakfast was wonderful - many delicious options and very convenient. Our room had two floors with a lovely view of the lake and mountains. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to give recommendations and assist with our travel plans. We enjoyed the gym and pool.

The room was carpeted and decor somewhat outdated; however, it was clean. We rented a car and were glad that we had as the walk to town was lengthier than expected and along a busy road.

Hotel location in quieter area of city excellent. Had lake view room which was beautiful. Hotel driveway took a bit if getting used to when driving but views at top made up fro this Breakfast exceptional. Everything and more you could ask for

The waiting staff in restaurant at night were not always helpful left one evening without ordering desert as despite trying to get waiting staff attention we were ignored

Beautiful room... super clean with nice fixtures and fittings. Magnificent view from our bedroom of the Lake and the Andes Nice breakfast selection and our (one) evening dinner was delicious beautiful veranda area for sunbathing Staff were very helpful arranging taxis / restaurants / tours etc

Our balcony was only wide enough to walk out, but not to sit out on .... such a shame - we would have liked to put out some chairs and sit out and enjoy the views with a glass of wine ... but the balcony was just too narrow. No footpath to walk into town... you can walk ( its not far) but the ground is broken and uneven and involves walking close to fast-moving traffic. However, taxis are very cheap.... so recommend take one!

Everything went great. Location is very nice with a lake view, although not on the lake, and just a few minutes away from downtown by car. The gardens around the hotel are very beautiful. The facilities are not new but are well maintained. Rooms were spacious and very clean with large comfy beds. Personnel was quite professional and friendly. Breakfast was quite ok. Indoor heated pool was a nice way to relax at the end of the day and gym was decently fitted for hotel gym standards. Overall a great 4-star hotel, well worth the stay.

The location of the hotel is exceptional with a fantastic view of the Lake due to the fact that is located on a hill, so you can enjoy the panoramic views from many of the rooms and from most of the public areas, like the indoors-pool, the bar, reception, breakfast area. The staff is absolutely helpful, friendly, professional and hardworking. Breakfast is very nice, lots of delicious products, catering to international guest plus local very nice items

The view of the rooms that don't face the lake, have a strange view of a kind of wall?? probably it's going to be a vertical garden or similar but at the moment it's just some odd. Although that makes them very very quiet, so it gives a very good night rest

The room is good and very clean. We got a room with a lake view which was fantastic. The hotel staff is friendly but the waiters in the restaurants are quite slow. The food was good and the breakfast was great (not the coffee). There is a very nice indoor pool which we used daily after a snowy day.

It was pricier than it should be. The coffee at breakfast was dreadful. And the prices for food are quite steep aswell.
