we had an apartment with "garden view" - it was quiet nice, nice cutlery and crockery in the kitchen, but a few things missing, when cooking. only equipped for breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to arrange the beds to our liking. Kind and friendly. Its a securely fenced of property where people live permanently as well as holiday guests. there is a restaurant, a cafe and one can nicely walk along the lake and watch the sunset. There is a "beach" (with rocks)
Well, they told us on check-in, that it might be a bit warm and we should open the windows: Indeed it was very warm and I thought it would be due to the sun - well, at night we realised, that there there was a floor heating and it was on and could not be turned off. We opened the windows (only one smaller in the main room and one smaller in the bedroom) and it was a bit cooler, but there were no insect-screens, so mosquitos came in... we had to spray everything with mosquito spray and than keep the windows closed, sweating all night. Also they had very bright lights outside the windows and although there were thick curtains, it wasn't really dark inside for sleeping.

Everything was very clean, the bed was great. The outside was very neat and the pool had very good views. Kitchen was very well equipped with many pans and pots that appeared to be brand new.
Theres a lot of security to get in and out of the property, so it could be a little inconvenient and time consuming at times.

Beautiful place. We had an apartment, which was very clean, bed was excellent. Staff is kind and attentive. We wish we would know about this place earlier so we would stay for some more nights. Excellent location.
The gravel road to Villa Huapi was a bit of surprise because we didn’t expect a washboard road to such a nice place .

It should have been a cleaner and the breakfast was bad. Also the security control point at the entrance is a bit strange, but not a reason to not come ;)
