Comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated rooms and common areas. The staff are really warm and accommodating, as they helped us with the 'remis' for airport transfer. Location is very strategic , only minutes away walking to the play park, ski rentals and the chairlifts. Highly recommended for convenience of your winter holiday.

The room is a bit small. The price is very expensive compared to the city center ( due to very close distance). Not much options for dinner as almost majority of restaurants around were closed after 7pm.

The location is perfect for skiing. The restaurant is great. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant are exceptionally nice. And the internet works well.

Just a very small suggestion that it was difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower. Not a problem really.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our family. My daughter lost a tooth, and the cleaning staff brought her a treat. Breakfast was great and location to hike to refugio frey was across the parking lot. If we.come back to Bariloche we will stay again for sure.

Friendly staff.

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience. Before I start, I want to say that the in sight staff was extremely friendly and humble. Prior to the trip, I was exchanging messages with the hotel on a weekly basis, they were super nice and responsive. One week before the trip, we found out that my wife was pregnant and the doctor recommended her not to ski. I immediately wrote to the hotel and asked for a waiver on the cancellation fee. They just stopped replying to me. A “no” would be OK, but not replying was not nice. Once we got there: the place is for young adults looking to ski all day and relax at night. There is a loud music going on from 9am to 10pm. Now, things got really bad in the last day … at approximately 6am we woke up with people shouting and yelling outside - the hotel was on fire, literally. We grabbed a jacquet and ran away immediately. Once I opened the door, the place was already covered in smoke. There were no fire alarms or splinters in the whole building. Pretty scary. The staff were hero’s evacuating and helping everybody, and fortunately nothing too serious happened. That morning when we checked out, all we got was a “thank you”, kind of weird after what we went through…

Since staying I have received 2 emails and booking.com messages per day form this property with advertising messages and both the property and booking.com are ignoring my requests for this to stop. Booked a double room with mountain view - was given a twin room with no view. Wasn't given an invoice or receipt or any proof of payment despite asking.

Staff friendly rest bad

First of all the check in staff member was incredulous that I had paid £4000 for 4 nights as the going rack rate everyone else was paying was circa £300 a night Secondly the room was small ,the next day I realised that it had a leak from the ceiling which dripped in the entry leading to the bathroom and they could not fix it , the sink was bizarrely in the entry not in the bathroom not vey appetising and the bathroom fittings were rusty and the bathroom stained The room had no cupboard space The sheets were polyester and the room had two single beds The room stank of a horrible smell and the check in staff member said everyone complains of that but it is the cleaning fluids so we had to tell the staff not to clean the room Just for your information the check in lobby has the ski rental and repair unit in it and all the skis were lined up The staff said there was no management to complain to and get a partial refund It was so bad that my wife insisted we checked out a day early losing a £1000 for the night Please investigate and obtain a partial refund NB The staff were charming but embarrassed
