Really lovely staff (special mention to Guadeloupe on reception who was so helpful) who were all so friendly. The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect. Not far from the centre/restaurants/supermarket etc. 40 yards from the #1 rated restaurant (Morphe) and 100 yards from a beautiful lake! Left luggage after we’d checked out and picked up later. I you want a luxury hotel this not for you but we are are on a budget and loved it.

Room was a little hot at night. The price of beers ($10 for a normal size can) was a joke. We would have happily paid for a few beers in the bar if they’d been a reasonable price so I think you have made a mistake with the pricing. A large can was a fifth of the price of the smaller can at the hotel when bought from the local supermarket!!!

Very nice staff at check-in. Room was large with ample space to spread out. Having a fridge and tea service in the room was a bonus. The bathroom had been updated and was very nice - good water pressure, very hot water, good towels. The property is a bit funky but it was comfortable and well maintained. The best breakfast we'd had in Argentina so far - freshly cooked eggs and a basket of nice breads was presented at the table, plus cereals, yogurts, fruits and sweets on the buffet. Excellent! Location just steps off the Costanera and a ton of restaurants and shops right up Ave. San Martin. They have their own off-street parking lot. Perfect stay!

This is an excellent choice for hunters and fishers who need a place to stay on arrival or departure from their destinations. It is also an excellent choice for a longer stay as it is very well situated for sighseeing, shopping and dining. Walk out the front door, turn left, and you are immediately at the beach on Lake Lacar with casual beachfront dining. Turn right, and you are immediately on a street with shopping, a nightly art fair in summer, and a variety of fine dining establishments. Owners and staff are fun, nice, and knowledgable.

The room we had was not the largest in the world, but I chose the hotel because it seemed like a bargain and it was. We had to be organized, but that was because we had a Lanin Volcano sized pile of fishing gear.

The staff was so lovely! Everyone spoke English, which was a pleasant surprise! The decor and ambiance were beautifully Bavarian in style! And the breakfast buffet was the BEST we’ve had in all of Argentina! Our server, Teo (sp?) was charming, helpful and polite! And the location is blocks in both directions from the BEST of San Martin de Los Andes! Exceeded expectations!

The bed was on the hard side and there’s no AC (or we couldn’t find it), but we slept fine and enjoyed the fresh air.

The place is beautiful! The decoration for my taste is very stylish and goes perfectly with the wintry vibe the town has. The room is comfy, clean, and cozy. Great breakfast, with breads, eggs, fruit salad and many other options specially media lunas. If you are looking for a well located place, this is the one for you, just walking by the Lake Lácar and beach. Many restaurants nearby. They have a parking space that is surrounded by huge trees (pretty)! If you have issues to walk, you may ask here for a room that is downstairs and maybe without a bathtub. The owner and staff were soo nice, they were gentle, very helpful and friendly. We loved to stay there and we would stay again if we go back to San Martin de Los Andes!

I have nothing to mention here.

The place gave me the feeling of being inside a Sylvanian Families house—in the best way possible. A perfect blend between mountain cabin and playful charm. It’s beautifully decorated, but never tacky. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the location is very close to the city center. The breakfast was wonderful—I even got fresh pancakes with dulce de leche!

Very quirky decor! Like being in an ancient hunting lodge but comfortable and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location between the beach and the main shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Sound travelled easily between the rooms. You had to ask for a hairdryer (and I forgot until I was in the shower so had to manage without!). Please just put one in the room!

Staff were super nice and worked very well. It's next to the beach. Nice breakfast, mainly sweets but also some scrambled eggs, they serve you and are fast and it's very homemade.

The room had views to the parking lot very close so not much privacy

Loved everything about our stay! The location is great! Right near the lake, close to shops and restaurants but far enough to be quiet. Everything about the facility has a cozy feel and the breakfast was superb. All of the staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home. Super clean and off street parking. Would definitely stay here again!!

It took some time for water in sink to warm up.

The breakfast was great! It was also one of the only breakfast in town with scrambled eggs as I asked multiple hotels if they provide it and they did not.
