Came for el cruces trail race. Location was perfect, in the heart of the city. Easy walkability to shopping and restaurants. Staff exceptional. Rooms small but definitely did the job for what we needed and all very clean. Enjoyed our visit. Would come back and stay here .

The staff were awesome.

The cleaner knocked the door in the morning every day asking you what time you were going to leave because she wanted to clean the room. I didn't know what time I was gonna leave because I was on vacation. Another thing is the 4th floor was too loud. Late night I heard next door guest singing or listening to a loud song and I heard the elevator working all night.

Showers are good, nice warm steady water. The breakfast is varied, but nothing extra, no eggs, bread only toast, cheap salami and cheese, juice cut with sugar. Others had either something better or lower expectations.

The location was great, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was satisfactory. Lots of nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.

A minor point was that the bathroom was relatively small.

I'm a light sleeper so our neighbouring rooms coming and going at 11am, various door banging in the morning and people walking past on the street meant I didn't sleep great. I have this in neatly every hotel though.

Loved the room, it was super comfortable and really great value for money. It was so nice to wake up with views of the mountains. The staff were extremely kind and helpful too.

Amazing location with very nice and helpful staff.

There was no AC so we slept with the window open, and unfortunately it was pointing to a noisy street.
