Great location to explore the area, room was large, firm bed and quiet room after spending long days on day trips.

Shower head bad for level of hotel. Breakfast has few options for European style and breakfast staff do not replace things and are rude. Hotel needs to improve ability to communicate with English speaking tourists. Ordered taxi through hotel and reminded them on many occasions as had bus to catch at terminal in the morning. The taxi did not turn up and after 20 minutes we had to hail a Remis from the street and only just made it in time for bus. Reception staff at hotel said it was not their fault the taxi did not turn up.

The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. Very attentive to all my requests and took care to make it was done with accordance to my instructions.

No massage parlor.

The hotel is well located. Rooms are big and comfortable.

The price is a little bit high for the condition of the hotel. Check out at 10am is a little bit excessive.

It was really clean. Everything worked very well. Checkin and out was really uncomplicated.

It was very noisy. There was only a locked door between us and the next room. We could basically follow their conversation.

Great downtown location with helpful front desk staff. Breakfast buffet was extensive. Room had carpet and was somewhat dated but clean.
