Omg, I miss my Trelew and Alex receptionists and lady manager who was so nice and helpful! Alex was so professional and knowledgeable! I really miss this beautiful place and this hotel!! I had a blast there! Breakfast was included and delicuous, location of the hotel is RIGHT THERE, in main center close to main supermarket, many restaurants, stores, all is walking distance, even airport is 7 mins away by car! Hotel was clean, entire staff was very professional and hardworking, food was amazing and affordable and I was able to have dinner inside of hotel’s restaurant! I really have no complaints for this little paradise!! I will miss this place bc I enjoyed my stay there while on my way to Ushuaia and El Calafate, this was the best experience for me in a while, Argentinian people are so sweet and welcoming, besides they are Professional and Hardworking! Thank you Alex and team, you will be missed 😇🙏

Friendly staff. Big and good breakfast. Dinner is good. Rooms are clean and get cleaned every day. We recommend to use the underground garage for secure parking. Good starting point for visiting the Museo Paleontológico Egidio Feruglio or to Gaiman for some tea time or to Punta Tombo or Punta Ninfas. We can recommend it!

Amazing hotel at a perfect location with a unique staff. Everything i needed was included and the man at the reception on the afternoon shift was uniquely polite and helpful. In general - great place grwt price and unforgettable memories

I’m used to having tea and coffee making facilities when staying in hotels but maybe that’s not a thing in Argentina. Glad I brought my ear plugs.. a dog barked somewhere close by for much of the night.

Let me check in early and welcomed me back by name with keys to room I used last time in hand really nice welcome. This is a very comfortable and clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included.

We ordered food from a restaurant and they wouldn't let us eat in the room, even though the hotel restaurant was not open. Annoying

Breakfast was quite good and service excellent. The front desk person was helpful with restaurants and things to see in the central area of town. Very fluent in English which helped us.

The staff was very helpful. The room had good space. The bed was comfortable The WIFI was excellent everywhere I tried to use it. The room was very clean. Downtown was a short walk away. There was an electrical output by the bed. Breakfast had a good selection of food choices.

The bathroom could use a bit more counter space.

Great location and breakfast. Old hotel but quite well maintained. Paid parking available. Friendly checkín. If you pay in Argentinian pesos 21%tax is added. This is normal. If you pay with a foreign credit card the exchange rate is the official rate which makes it much more expensive. We had changed our money on the blue so even paying the tax it worked out very cheap. With parking about US$40

Maintenance and updating needed. Toilet in room had a problem. Water wouldn't stop running which was noisy. Luckily we could open the cistern and stop it. We only stayed one night so we only told them at checkout. This can happen in any old hotel and for the price we paid you cannot expect 5 stars
