What to say, we arrived late and were treated to a GnT while our bags were taken to our Villa. It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed…seriously!!!! The pool and spa facilities were first rate with robes, slippers, a pitcher of mint water and fresh fruit! Indoor/outdoor pool was perfect (warm), and the yoga area was great for a stretch before my swim. My husband used the workout room and we both took showers there before making our way to breakfast! Breakfast was delicious ! The staff was amazing and accommodating! The bed was a little hard for my husband so they brought and put on a topper for us. Also their turndown service brought down the motorized blinds. What do you say when you bring up the two story blinds to a magnificent view (sunrise for us)…..Heaven! That was the official name of our villa, and baby it sure was!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! 🙏 😊. BTW….don’t miss out on their nature trail.

That we could only stay one night!

The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The room was comfortable with an unforgettable view, and the spa was so lovely that we didn't want to spend time anywhere else. Highly recommend the restaurant degustation with the wine tasting... it was a highly considered menu with impeccable service. Absolutely wonderful stay - we didn't want to leave!

We would have appreciated more clarity that the breakfast was included in our stay. We didn't realize this until checking out, so we didn't fully take advantage during our stay.

The most beautiful hotel in the most beautiful location. Lovely spa and great heated pool. Outstanding staff that go out of their way to make your stay as special as possible.

Some of the services are way over priced for the area which is a shame.

Wonderful hotel, excellent breakfast, great service, beautiful location, wonderful view, spectacular heated pool and whirlpool.

in particular the personalised service and attention to detail.

I would only suggest to connect the spa building to the rooms building because in winter it can get really cold to walk wet from the pool to your room

The breakfast was ok but it was not the type of brunch that other hotels of that level were offering

the room was too small for the price paid. didn´t think it was a good value for money alternative I took a trout catched by us to be cooked at the hotel and they charged as the most expensive dish of the restaurant

Lovely location although tricky to find in the dark! Lovely staff especially Fleur who gave us help on where to go etc Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived and the following morning so we couldn’t take full advantage of the activities. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Lovely staff in the dining room. Near to the town so easy to eat in town too.

It felt really tired .. and way overpriced for its tiredness. The spa area had a grimy looking mat around the pool. All of the chair covers outside looked a little worn. Charging for water seems extreme when the rooms are already pricey. As a person staying you didn’t feel very looked after! We had a great dinner and we were going to sit by the fire afterwards but no one had thought to keep the fire alight. Felt like a manager was missing. Young friendly staff but no real direction. I have worked in the industry for 50 years so I don’t think I am being too harsh.
