The location is good and 10 minutes walk away from Vardanants square and the old town. The facilities are quiet, with a lot of sunlight and a beautiful garden. The facility has its own parking , friendly staff and fast WiFi.

The breakfast could have been better . No food and drink services within the facilities and a small fridge inside the room could have helped.

A must stay and a must experience hotel. Each room is designed by an artist and the art is in every corner of the hotel. Staff was great and we felt at home. Staying tnere is now one of my reasons to visit marvelous Gyumri.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is a fantastic concept and idea! The room was spotless clean, the staff was nice, helpful and warming. Breakfast is delicious and in a very nice and welcoming space. The mere prospect of seeing up close how your money is being used should make everyone want to stay at this hotel. We loved it and, should we go back to Gyumri, we will definitely stay here again.

Nice small one-floor hotel in the middle of the town, good for stay as transit, as tourists. Welcoming staff, nice tea offered, good facility, free parking,

The breakfast is poor for someone who is on keto diet but reach for carbonite addictive and vegans. Maybe some additional beacon and fried eggs could be better there.

Boutique hotel with interesting original art everywhere. Has own parking lot which is convenient. Room is good size. Had a lounge/common area (away from lobby) to relax and read or socialize.

Beds and pillows need improvement. Beds squeak and we could feel the springs. The shower head was loose and wouldn’t stay in place.

A great place to stay with a smart and arty vibe to it. All rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff are very friendly and the garden outside is a great place to sit and relax after visiting the city. The hotel is on the site of the hospital and also provides facilities for various local clubs and organisations.

The breakfast was simple continental one, but delicious. The staff was amazing. At any time you could order a coffee or a tea to your room or to a cozy little table outside. The location of the hotel is also great, 5 minutes from the center of Gyumri. We were very much welcomed with our cat and enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Cute artsy hotel located right in the middle of Gyumri. The staff was extremely pleasant, friendly, polite and thoughtful. They truly made my stay!

My bed felt a little sunk

Amazing hotel and staff, felt myself like in a quite European hotel somewhere in Germany. And the most amazing part is their garden, best place to chill! 100% recommended.

That was our second visit, 1st was few years ago. Everything was great, cosy and comfy. Definitely we will visit again.
