Very good motel, I've stayed there about a dozen times. The rooms are good, cosy, well-equipped and the parking is right at the door. The car park is also very spacious, the motel being on a big block of land, which is not always the case at other places. There is a good take-away shop right across the road (closes 7.30) and a McDonalds about 300m away.

Nothing. It's a fair distance to town (about a 10 to 15-minute walk one-way) which may not be to everyone's liking, but this should be apparent before booking or when the location is known. But it's an easy drive. The Olympic Way (which the motel is on) can be a bit noisy on a weekday morning, but it's just one of those things being situated on a main road.

The beds were super comfy! Basic kitchen appliances (in an odd place though) great mirroelr size and lighting for doing dance make up, which meant the bathroom was free for the other person to use. Was a great base point for a weekend of dance esteddfods .

There was no explanation of a room clean during our stay. We were there for a dance comp and had left our room in a complete mess with clothes make-up and breakfast dishes when we left in a hurry. Now whilst it was a nice surprise, some notice would have been nice so we didn't leave our "delicates" out for the world to see. Our TV only allowed us to view 2 channels successfully, lucky what we wanted to watch was on one of them. Only 1 extra blanket for 2 beds.

The accommodation cost was exceptionally good value for money. I was expecting something sub-standard but was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness particularly given it’s a dog friendly motel. The location was very good for us as we were golfing.

There wasn’t a lot of bench space for making tea/coffee but it was adequate for the price we paid.

We liked the location Beds we comfy, room clean. Some previous damage to room, Needs to be attended to..scratches, chips etc bathroom door.. The pool area is very tired( ie old & buggered) The pool was nice enough..but dirty onth Bottom..

Needs maintenance..the whole place is tired...outdated...but a few repairs & this place will be loved again...

When I arrived the staff were temporarily unavailable, however were prompt in answering the contact phone number supplied on the front reception door and gave me directions that enabled me to establish myself in my room. Thanks for that.

For a person or very large frame such as myself I found the shower somewhat restricted to enter/exit. Someone with physical disabilities may find that quite awkward.

The room was perfect for our overnight stay. The TV didn't have all stations but enough for a short stay and working the microwave was a 'challenge'. There was enough crockery and cutlery but we had to ask for a second wine glass. The bathroom seems to have been refurbished since our last stay a while ago and towels were all fine. Bed was comfortable and linen fine. A/C worked well. Excellent location for the Sid Kallas Oval where we watched a show that night.

The only downside was that the room had a slight smell of smoke. This may have been due to the unfortunate placement of an external (and rather full) ashtray just outside our room or because of the continual smoking carried on outside (realise this cannot be helped) by our neighbours.

We got the 24hr bug and the manager was nice enough to let us stay until we got better, we ended up staying 3 nights instead of 1 which was not our plan.

Bathroom was very narrow. We are not thin people and had to go sideways to go to the toilet and shower.

Very clean, reception on arrival was very friendly and the staff were eager to assist.

Bathroom was narrow but not impossible as you are never in it that long.It was very clean and you could not fault it.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though it is located on a highway, at night it is very quiet.

The tile floors are cold but fixed by wearing ugg boots! I did find my bed a bit narrow and almost fell out a few times!

The staff was lovely on my arrival and the room was as expected. Location was good.

I didn't like the small table and chair in the room. It was like a outdoor table and small folding chair.
