Our room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, the bed very comfortable and bathroom spotlessly clean. We were a little disappointed that the kitchenette was very tiny with no sink or area to prepare food. There was quite a bit of road noise which fortunately stopped late at night. Early morning there were plumbing noises from adjoining units. The other facilities we did not use were a salt chlorinated pool, guest coin laundry, barbecue and a defibrillator. Parking for one car at the door and a very short drive into Cowra.

The welcome was friendly and informative. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The location was quiet.

Travelling from Dubbo to Canberra for a funeral decided to break the trip at Cowra due to being about half way and due to time of day we planned to arrive ie after dark. Chose accommodation on basis of catering for 3 people and room size. Not disappointed and as staying 2 nights given room at back of complex off the main drag which was appreciated so early morning departures not heard. Adequate room size for 3 and bedding appropriate as needed and large bathroom was good.

A mirror in main area would have been helpful for getting ready for funeral for ties etc and not just in the bathroom. The shower within the bath is problematic for older people and even younger ones for slip reasons....we did utilise a bathmat for security and realise that non slip bath mats have OHS and infection issues. May be worth consideration to address.

From the initial contact and exceptional service from Matt and the service staff, to the room itself and location, this place was fantastic on every level. We drove a few hours to get there and reception had been patchy to let them know we were arriving late but Matt called us as we were in our way and let us know that he would have the key in the room and air con set so we were comfortable and could grab dinner without worrying about checking in first- amazing, thanks Matt! Could not fault anything with the room, clean, comfortable and well thought out extras. Highly, highly recommend!

The motel was excellent! All the comforts of home..It was spotless,the bed was super comfortable,a good size fridge,plenty of tea and coffee,fresh linen,the furniture and fixtures were up to date,everything was thought of….The bed even had an electric blanket. There was individual parking spaces which were included in the very affordable price. The manager was super friendly and should be so proud of this motel! They are providing a really good service.. Very affordable! I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone!😊

I can’t think of anything,it was excellent!

My elderly mum and I stayed for 4 nights… The manager generously gave her the disabled room which was closer to my room. The rooms were a very generous size, (mine had a fabulous spa bath) The disabled suite had a roomy bathroom, with no steps or screens and a shower chair if needed.

It didn’t bother us at all, but it was a little drive back into town if you needed to do that..

Loved the pool!! Room was huge and clean. Had a small table and chairs which was great having kids there. This place is great! We stopped here overnight with 2 kids. The staff were fantastic and kind. They could see it had been a long day and gave us a cold bottle of wine on the house ❤️ The next day I managed to leave without the happy bag with had EVERYTHING in it!!! The called us within 10mins of us leaving so we could return and grab it. Great country people with a great motel. The pool is wonderful and just what we needed after a long day of travelling in the heat! We are definitely staying here again and highly recommend. Thank you Country Gardens Motor Inn

Nothing! Place was fabulous!!

So, This is a motel which is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It's not necessarily the one with every bell and whistle. But the room desk was a size you could work at, the room furniture was comfortable and not cluttered. The bathroom was open and uncluttered with good showerhead and mirrors.

So, no dinner and breakfast is served. For me I like to go out for dinner and breakfast and I had two excellent meals in town. Town is a committed walk away, and I drove there. For me this was not a detraction, but it may be for others.

We had a room issue and Matt (owner) listened, discussed options, and then implemented what we agreed on. He also provided wonderful dinner recommendations in town. Room was a very good size, bed super comfortable, and WiFi was fast and consistent. Hotel is on a main road, but unlike other locations, it is on a flat section and away from traffic lights, so trucks don't need to use their noisy compression brakes.

Spacious sunny room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a sofa to sit on. There was plenty of bench & storage space too. At night it was very quiet. Was surprised to have the room serviced after only one night. Very large screen smart TV The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful & really went above and beyond!

Wish could have supplied real milk instead of tiny UHT capsules.
