Was handy location, clean, reception man was very helpful and allowed a late check out. Very friendly. Off street parking. Had aircon and a bar heater in bathroom. Towels big and soft. Provided a light continental breakfast.

Bathroom had half window with fixed open slats that made it very cold. Although could put bar heater on while showering. Cotton sheets were lovely but very cold for this time of year in Cowra even though had aircon to warm room bed was so cold. Bed had a thin quilt cover and a one blanket. Was late when we noticed so didn’t request an extra blanket. No information booklet or given a wifi code in room. Then again I should have asked.

Breakfast was basic cereal and toast but extremely good for the price. Room service was excellent. The room was completely tidied each day and all complementary items fully restocked. Dirty towels were taken away and replaced with clean towels. The person who checked us in had local knowledge of what was within walking distance, etc, especially with regards to evening meals. The location was really close to Coles and other shops. It was within walking distance of the Japanese Gardens and the Information Centre. The Information Centre has a great 9-minute display of the Cowra Prison Outbreak.

The walls of the room were a little rough but had been painted over and there was no unrepaired damage. On the second day, the end of the toilet paper had been folded into a V and held down with a drop of water, but the water drop had gone through most of what was left of the toilet roll, so that wasn't that great, but also wasn't a big deal as there was a spare roll provided.

It was a great location and quiet which made it easy to fall asleep.

The breakfast was just a bowl of cereal. I was actually suprised at check in. No bread or spreads were offered. Just cereal in a bowl with cling wrap over it. They didn’t top it up the next day either. There was also webs on the ceilings that needed to be cleaned. The Tv did not have a Netflix option which was stated inclusions.

Driving from Sydney first time visit to Cowra. It was winter and we welcomed the VERY comfortable bed and warm shower. It was a simple, tidy and clean room which could sleep 3, even though only 2 of us. Very easy to find and arrival time was not a problem.

Not a pet friendly place, although I think it could easily be. People who want to holiday with their pets tend to be responsible and respectful. Also the tired curtains. Each time I walked by they caught on my clothes and screeched open.

The breakfast was as stated on website..continental. Milk was great. Condimate options were great. Loved the appropriate thickness of bread for toast. Suggestion: Need a 600ml water bottle to use for filling the jug.

The step up to the room and into the room had no assisting rail for elderly/disabled. Parking outside door is not always readily available for elderly as there is no numbered allocation parking. All good though for people who can walk easily.

Breakfast was excellent - cereal and toast was quite sufficient for my needs. Location was great - very central and not too noisy.

Driveway and courtyard gravel was not ideal for motorcycles - easy to tip over and difficult to manoeuvre on this surface. Was quite unnerved by some bad behaviour by locals who threw rocks at my bathroom window and actually cracked the glass - one large rock broke through the flyscreen and landed on the floor of my toilet.

Simple but ample breakfast of cereal and toast provided in room. Suprisingly quiet location for centre of town near attractions. Aged but clean bathroom.

Wasted a lot of water waiting for hot water to arrive to shower from hot water service.

The room quality was very good, the facilities were also very good. Staff were helpful and courteous. It was a quiet location.

The 240 litre red bin outside my room was full. It could/should have been emptied. The room had a small ant problem. 🐜

I very much appreciated the location of the motel. bed was extremely comfortable.

The bathroom shower had no soap holder, and the size of soap is, to say the least not good at all. The bread was stale and there was no butter.

Manager was friendly and very helpful and gave great advice on local places to eat. Considering he was new to the area , he had obviously spent time finding out about local things Best Showers we have found on our trip

Parking was a bit haphazard. We drove our vehicle to go out for dinner. When we came back another tenant had parked in our space in front of our Unit.
