Nothing, our stay was really enjoyable

The unit was spacious, well equipped, and the bed was large and comfortable. Its location was very good, located near to other facilities but in a quiet location. An outdoor setting backing onto the bowling green also provided a pleasant outlook.

Very little needed any improvement. The positioning of the toilet was a bit amusing, being positioned behind the door with a stop to prevent it banging into the toilet. The shower alcove filled with water during a shower due to high water flow and slow drainage but did drain away quite quickly. A water-minimizer shower head would prevent it happening.

Room was exceptional, especially for a country motel. Spotlessly clean, very well appointed - big bathroom, good water pressure, microwave and crockery/cutlery as well as toaster and kettle. Huge very comfortable beds and comfy pillows. Parking was right outside the door at the front, and at the rear was a sliding glass door to a little undercover porch and some grass for the kids to play on.

The room was a good size, with an excellent big bed and a good shower. The decor is dated, but inoffensive and everything was extremely clean. We had everything we needed. The room we were in (no 9, in a long row of rooms) opened onto a long, shared verandah that fronts directly onto the bowling club greens - the bowling clubhouse itself is just beyond. We did wonder if the Saturday night crowd might be loud, but there was no problem at all - quiet as a church.

The owners aer extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely furnished, extremely clean and comfortable. The standard is excellent for the price. Nice view of the bowling club behind. Conveniently located to a range of places to walk to for dinner.

The only thing missing is a pool as if there was one it would be the perfect place to be on a hot day in Deniliquin!

Screen door needed to be repaired as everytime you tried to slide it open it came off runners. If bottles of water offered as complimentary, this would have been better than the 'brown tinted' water out of the bathroom tap..

I liked that the lady that checked us in was very nice. We were accommodated without hesitation when we discovered we were booked in an upstairs room (family member unable to climb stairs). We were swiftly moved to a ground floor room and it was not a bother at all. Bed was comfy and room was clean!

If I had to pick something, the bathroom door squeaked!

The shower recess was a little tight. If booking direct there is a small cancellation fee, no matter how far in advance you cancel the booking. I booked through Booking.com which did not have a cancellation fee. I would have preferred to book direct so the owner avoided the booking.com fees. I’d recommend the owner gets rid of the small cancellation fee.

Country Club Motor Inn was a fabulous stay. Rooms were clean, big and bed was comfy. Bar fridge stocked and snacks available if you wanted to purchase something. Short 5 min stroll to all of the shops and nice and quiet. Also has a big carpark which was perfect as we had a trailer on. Great stay.

Quiet, private room with a decent king bed, and sliding door at the back looking out onto a bowling green which is more pleasant than a window looking out at your motel neighbours which is the usual deal with motels. . Helpful manager there at the time, and spacious room which had everything we needed for a quiet relaxing night. .

Unfortunately the only thing wrong was the bathroom "toe stubber!"..A door stop mounted right "in front of the toilet bowl", the worst possible place in a small bathroom. Hit my toe twice & could have possibly broken my toe. They are there to protect the door from hitting the loo, but i think customers toes are more important than doors!. .I fixed it by wrapping a face flannel around it so we couldn't miss it! Attaching a door stopper to the top of the door is a possible solution & there needs to be more thought put into rectifying this issue
