This is the second time we have stayed at Cousins Motor Inn. As usual it was warm and comfortable even though it was a very cold night. Beds are super comfortable and level of cleanliness is the highest of any accommodation we have stayed in.

There is no room for improvement. Always have a great stay at this motel. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a motel in Inverell. Although it is a little bit more of a walking distance, Inverell does have a town hall clock that gongs every hour, so you do avoid that noise by being on the edge of town rather than in the middle and that is a plus!

The location is good, close to town Centre. Although being right on the highway in town it was a very quiet stay, The room facilities are good with a microwave, small dining table and a separate lounge for seating. Complimentary tim tams were a nice touch. Rooms were neat and tidy and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but probably suits most. Onsite parking is not allocated and is fairly tight, large vehicles could cause problems. The shower over a fairly small bath/spa is not convenient for elderly people.

Little extras that bigger hotels don’t provide. Customer service was friendly, welcoming & helpful. Beds & pillows were so comfortable & soft. Robert Timms plunger coffee, TimTams, hot chocolate, tea assortments, wine in the fridge & snacks available to purchase in the room, makeup wipes (which no hotel as ever supplied this), towels/face washer was so soft against your skin & a towel warmer if the weather is chilly. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Nothing. If I had to pick & say something. The pool wasn’t heated. We were going to have a swim one afternoon. But all good.

Loved the customer service what was provided. The man was so lovely about everything. Having the 1 bedroom apartment was great for families with the kitchenette. All rooms were spacious. It was close to town and to the soccer fields, the reason for our stay. It was a lovely experience.

More of a suggestion. I would have loved a washing machine in the room as we were there for a few days. But there was nothing I didn't like.

Communication was prompt with owner. Appreciated the water & Tim Tams supplied, also easy access to milk from Reception fridge for coffee on arrival. Saves having to go out immediately to purchase such items when you have had a long drive to get there as we did. Made the stay more comfortable.

Hot water in shower is difficult to regulate. Pillows could be fluffier, would make for a more comfortable sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised to discover that we had not just a room, but an apartment. The bed was comfortable and we particularly liked the soft pillows.

There were no laundry facilities, which we value when travelling around. The vertical strip blinds were annoying as they let in chinks of light, and flap if the fan is in use.

Friendly, approachable and super helpful owner. Great communication and tips for the area. The room was thoughtfully appointed and the complimentary water and Tim Tams were a nice touch.

Great value motel, clean and tidy, friendly staff. Nice little touches such as complimentary bottled water and timtams were lovely.

Nothing of significance - enjoyable stay. Angle of the tv in main bedroom made watching from bed very uncomfortable- maybe wall mount? Dishwashing liquid or a sign that says call for clean dishes?

Cousins suited our family together perfectly, the children were made so welcome and really enjoyed the pool. It is opposite a great park and also backs on to the bike path. We were supplied with utensils to make use of the barbque which was also perfect as we had 4 young boys with us. Of course the tim tams were also greatly appreciated by all.

It was great, the only downside was we couldnt bring the dog but truthfully I prefer motels that dont allow dogs.

The breakfast was great- very tasty, good helping size and hot (a good thing in winter). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived late (after the office hours) but had no problem getting the keys to the room (via a night safe) and the the airconditioning was on and the room was pleasantly warm ( outside was very cold).

The car park was very tight and a bit adhoc - park in any place.
