The location was excellent in middle of town. Check in was very quick and friendly down to earth. We stayed in 3 different rooms all of them were different types, all of them were spacious, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Fold out sofa beds were made up ready also. Had tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk. Shower cap, eye cleansers, soap bars, towels, hand towels, face washers, shampoo. Plenty of pillows, blankets. Excellent aircon and fans. All four families we stayed with agreed on everything I have written. I would definitely stay here again. Not sure why some bad reviews. We had good experience here. We were all happy with our stay.

Room was usual motel size, it was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location right in town.

As per normal, with motel rooms people park right outside the rooms and the people next door got in late and were very noisy. It’s not the motels fault though, but being ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me!

Clean, on-site parking, comfy bed, fresh linen, digital TV, kettle & toaster, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk. Very small fridge, microwave, hair-dryer, ironing facilities in room, crockery & cutlery. Table & chairs. Extra pillows & blankets, ensuite, heaps of power points, aircon. Block out blinds, quiet rooms & excellent location in CBD amongst shops and eateries.

Room was very small, old building with 2 flights of stairs to above ground rooms. Difficulty with luggage etc. Not good for seniors.

The motel units had recently been renovated. Kitchette was well equipped - new crockery and cuttlery, microwave, air fryer, hot plate - you name it Beds and decor excellent

Initial reception on a late Sunday ffternoon - no one in office and only answering machine - had to wait half an hour

Our room was comfortable and suited us particularly as we were accompanied by our small dog. It was also very centrally located. The provision of a microwave, a toaster, crockery and cutlery was a bonus.

Management were fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Things that were out of the control of everyone involved. Staff were very accommodating.

It was very clean and the staff are super lovely and helpful! ^_^ my partner and I are definitely going to stay there again the next time we’re in Inverell :D

The location is great. Walk to all shops and not far from the river whete you can do an amazing walk along the tracks. Such a pretty area

Great recently refurbished room. Staff were amazing, even looked after my dog for several hours whilst I went to a wedding. Well located in the centre of town

The bathroom wasn’t good with one baby light and small toilet and shower wasn’t good but the pressure keep cutting off.
