We didn't do meals. It was a last minute trip and we were not staying in town for very long. We have stayed here before. It is a very comfortable and handy location. The staff were very friendly and pleasant.

There was nothing to complain about. As mentioned we have stayed here before and knew it was a great place to stay. Clean rooms, pleasant and friendly staff and a restaurant which we ate in last time we were there. What's not to like. We will be back in the near future and will most likely stay here again.

Our Room#12 was spacious & exceptionally clean. The Bed was comfortable & the shower was great with brilliant water pressure so a lovely strong shower was welcomed after a long drive. Having a microwave & toaster was great & also a small dining table with chairs an added benefit. The owner was very welcoming & couldn’t do enough to make our stay great. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Room service meals from the restaurant were substantial and delicious. The room was a decent size, clean and with appropriate facilities. Cafes and shops are a short drive back into town. There a petrol station next door for emergency supplies - and fuel.

A jug of cold water in the fridge on arrival would have been excellent - the day (and thus the room) was pretty hot until the air conditioner got going. Maybe a few dollars more than you'd pay for a similar room at a different motel, but not too much.

I arrived outside of check in hours and staff made key collection very easy. Check out was also after hours and not a drama. I also liked having the kitchen items available (microwave, cutlery, plates and bowls etc).

Powerpoints were hard to get to when trying to charge devices, but not impossible.

The ground floor room was perfect as my knees have been painful lately and stairs have been difficult to manage. Bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

The room was very dark due to the overhanging roof at the front and poor lighting in the room - hard to see inside the cupboard at the back of the room. No door on the freezer section of the fridge - had to ask at reception for my ice blocks to be frozen elsewhere for the next morning - all sorted there, no issues. Not much room where the table is located, had to move it to close the curtains - would be better to either change the table to a smaller folding version or move elsewhere. Curtains are not wide enough for the window - spent some time trying to seal the light out by placing chairs against the curtains as they had gaps at the sides or in the middle.

Safe, good facilities & comfortable. Restaurant attached.

Cleaning staff opening my door, without knocking, at 9.30am. Lucky I had door chain latched as I was still getting dressed (after a relaxing morning).

Clean, comfy bed hot shower, ideal for a great value place to stay when travelling. Nee management is operating the property well. Don't expect new modern, it's very original but sound and giving a good night's sleep

Good value, room clean and comfortable with good facilities. Room for float parking on site. Restaurant and room service menu was a real highlight. Pool is good.

Older style hotel but comfortable. Some noise outside room when cars leaving early in the morning

Restuarant staff were very friendly and the food was fantastic. Location to the edge of town is ideal as we did not have to travel through town to leave, and a bypass also allows you to go around the traffic during the middle of the day.

Unfortunately some of the other visitors were loud and did not consider anyone else. Not something the motel has control over.

- Service/attitude - Late check in arrangements (early am) - Separate bedroom in the Family room - was not expecting this. - Crockery & cutlery provided although not enough to match the max no of people that can be accommodated in the room but room service matched the extras over within minutes of my request. - Good value for money - Was our second stay here this year - last time was Christmas Day! We all loved the large pool. - Felt Safe for just the kids & me - Would stay again

- Separate bedroom tv wasn’t working (had a note stating out of order) - Arrived very early in the morning (2am) with four children under ten, but no room for our car - our front was taken however parked only about 20m away. - Shower wasn’t as clean as our first stay at Christmas. - Woke up unable to move my arm much as the bed & pillow were very rough, I think, but could have just been the result of a huge day prior on the road.
