I liked everything about our stay. The room was clean and tidy. The amenities were excellent. The location was easy to find and locate. Communication with staff was smooth and efficient. The beds were so comfy, and there were extra blankets for our use. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this motel. I would definitely recommend this motel to other travellers.

The only thing I would have like to see was face to face interaction with staff. I had to speak through an intercom to communicate with staff, but like I said, "communication was smooth and efficient."

Didn’t have breakfast

The people in room 13, next to my room were very noisy on nights of Saturday and Sunday. They arrived there about 9 both nights and were laughing and yelling very loudly until after twelve both nights. I asked them to quiet down about 1030. It just made them louder. They told me it was their holiday On morning of Sunday they left about six. Calling out to each other from room to their cars. Very noisy. I phoned on Sunday night to management and left message complaining of noise, as I had to get up early next morning at four o’clock. Everything else about room was excellent. Beds, bathrooms and environment perfect. Thank you

Attitude about pets being ON BEDS (as if you can stop them) was pretty hostile .....especially given the bedding was all pretty pet proof anyway; & you could SMELL the VERY LARGE dogs they had before seeing them behind the reception area. Travelling with 2 x SMALL dogs following our near fatal motor home accident (continued trip to Melbourne & return to Queensland), we did not appreciate the berating we received, on arrival, over them.... ie '(I) usually only allow ONE dog!!!' Fair enough, but WHY ISN'T THIS STATED ON THE WEBSITE???

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets white and clean - this is a big priority - comfy and clean. Staff were friendly. Shower was beautiful. Great volume and hot - another priority. Also clean. Didn’t smell musty or Smokey, like a lot of cheaper motels, which was good. Quiet. Giving a higher rating because of the positivity of the above things. Felt clean after a comfy night’s rest.

Quite a few dead flies lying about, including on the bathroom sink, dirty coffee cup with stuff stuck on the handle and dirty inside ( a priority is clean crockery and cutlery), stained (hopefully it was stained) toilet bowl, most bed lights missing bulbs. Very bright light outside window all night….did have a blind but not effective. ( guess it took away the need for bed lights ) Wifi password supplied was incorrect, so couldn’t use.

It was as the photos described, heater was on when you arrive so it’s nice to be in a warm room at this time of the year. Bed was clean and running water was instant hot. Had a microwave which was a plus, tv worked and location was safe. Good for the price stated.

Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to any Apple products, some tv in different rooms couldn’t access live tv, although the person I spoke to on the phone was understanding and trying to help, person on site was unavailable to assist.

Stayed before many times. Value for money, right on the Newell Highway, close to hot food shops and fuels stations. Good sized rooms for a single bloke. Free parking outside your room. A resident on site manager who helps with check inn. She is always very pleasant. It's my go to Sleep over, simple check inn, go to bed and be on your way after a good night's rest.

Last time I stayed a man had a dog in his room which adjoined mine by a wooden door. His dog barked and kept myself and another guest awake. This should not be allowed!! Dogs in Hotel rooms, it slept inside the bed. How is this hygienic for the next guest sleeping in that bed?? I told the owner, whom I believe to be a fair man, who is a local who owns other businesses in West Wyalong. I never got a refund for having little or NO sleep from the growling dog, who could hear me and smell me through the door partition. Very disapointing. The Manager who also has a small dog, could hear the barking, she did nothing. In the morning the man just left, she said nothing to him about his dog. Its just downright selfish and rude

The rooms were much cleaner than I had anticipated. We arrived to the motel very late at night and although it was after hours, there were options to contact someone to help us enter the room. The person on the phone (I assume the owner/manager) was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I had driven from Melbourne to Armidale to West Wyalnong so we were quite tried and had spent a lot of money on fuel so we booked the cheapest hotel we could find, Ardeanal Hotel being that. Expecting not much, we were very pleased with the room. A cosy, almost-cabin-like atmosphere, beating any "affordable hotel" experience I've had. Beds were very comfy, which we needed for how tired we were. The room was very clean with the exception of some shedding from the mattress under the beds. The bathroom was quite spacious and had a big privacy wall between the shower and toilet which was very important for my mate and I who were traveling together. Overall, it was a very great experience for what we paid for. If your looking for a comfortable place to spend the night without spending a fortune, this is your stop!

The only thing I could really criticise was how cold the room got at night, particularly the bathroom area. The shower head was a little small, but it did the job overall pretty well!

We stayed for 5 nights, was a pleasant stay. Its animal friendly which is very hard to find, so that's a plus! We will book there again. The cleaners were also very friendly.

Booking. Com didn't give us a room number once our confirmation was made, which is a first. We didn't receive a txt for that info either, office was closed all 5 days and so we had to call Ben (number on door) to receive our room number. And that happened to every guest all week not just us. Plus our shower didn't run properly, little water holes had water squirting everywhere, face walls etc... probably shower head holes needed a good clean out with a pin.

the Delux queen room was clean and accommodating and good value for money . air conditioner warmed room up on a very cold night and extra blanket was on hand . supply of cutlery crockery available - just needed t towel or dishcloth to clean - plenty of milk supplied and complimentary water

arrived at 5 pm but office closed with sign on door to ring a number which I did 3 times and left messages. I returned an hour later with no response to my messages and office still closed so entered a room where a key was in door. I messaged the owners via booking . com that I did this so assumed I was in the correct room - there were a couple of other units with also keys in doors - some other issues in the room but it was good value for money

This was a good option for a pet friendly hotel that was required only as an overnighter during travel. For the budget price it was good value inside the room. The room size was good and the bathroom was very well designed and very clean. Water hot and a strong shower. Comfy bed with nice sheet. The exterior appear to be undergoing renovations and is lacking in some love.

The shower drainage was blocked.
