Beautifully restored and repurposed down town setting. Really comfortable accommodation with an historic touch. The Dining and Living areas were carefully and thoughtfully designed and were very inviting. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens and coverings whilst there were lovely fluffy towels in the "Wet Area" bathroom. The affiliated licenced cafe had a great selection of food, and was open for breakfast and evening meals. A hidden gem in an unexpected location. We will definitely be staying here again. The photos on the booking sites don't do justice to the property.

Lovely period furniture. Private bathroom. No others booked in, so we had the whole place to ourselves. Very clean. Quiet even with it being on the main street. Large tv and Bose system in the lounge. Good size TV in the bedroom. Complimentary wine left for us.

The stairs leading up to the unit are a pain unless you can travel light. The building looks ordinary from the street and even worse from the rear car park. The appearance is no reflection of the quality of the interior.

Although the kitchen/dining/lounge was common the three ‘suites’ it was extremely comfortable and well equipped. Bathroom was perfectly clean, but a heater would have made our stay better.

Unfortunately, stairs were necessary ( one flight of quite steep stairs) - we should have checked first - not a major problem, but was a bit tiring.

Located n the middle of town, it has a beautiful country charm about it. When you arrive you check in at the Paragon Cafe. Rooms are a nice size with beautiful linen and very comfy mattress. The King room has an ensuite, however the queen rooms have their private bathroom as a separate room. Think of it like being at home, you need to go into the mini hall to go to the bathroom. Like being at home you have a shared kitchen, dining and lounge room. It is a really lovely stay, my favourite place to stay in West Wyalong!

Beautiful set up, very clean, great location and gorgeous furnishings.

The room we stayed in had a private bathroom, but there was no separate door to close off the bathroom/bedroom entry. So trying to get ready for a night out meant anyone walking past to the back door would have seen us in our towels etc. A door put up to provide privacy to the bathroom and bedroom as a whole would be a great idea.

Location in the main was perfect , a lot of hotels to eat at which were in the next block away . Parking was out the back of the property, we only had cereal for breakfast.

A lot of stairs at the front & back door , not good if you can’t walk up stairs. We didn’t had a problem

Perfect one-night stay travelling from Brisbane to SA. Arrived in time for a wander around town, picked up a bottle of wine from the IGA and ordered pizza on our way back. The staff delivered it up to the dining room, set out the table beautifully. Was wonderful to enjoy the surrounds. Parking out the back was convenient.

The visit was spoilt by the broken lower shower head which leaked from the bottom and sprayed all over the room including the toilet which had to be wiped down with the hardest towels we have ever encountered.

See above. Liked all the furnishings and how immaculate and tidy it was. The stairs front and rear a challenge for an 86 y.o. with osteoarthritis. Lots of crockery. Not many glasses.

I absolutely loved the large bedroom and bathroom. The lace a very clean and the kitchen and living area very spacious. the owners were incredibly helpful warm and friendly. Also a fantastic location right in the heart of the main street.

The steep stairs out to the back here the car is parked is a bit tricky with luggage.

Nice space with a sitting area furnished to suit the age and style of the building. Good to have a bathroom each which provided additional privacy. Friendly and welcoming hosts.

Short on teabags and a coffee plunger or pod machine.
