Well maintained, comfortable and clean. The rooms were spacious and all the inclusions were good quality.

The restaurant. No a la carte menu for dinner or breakfast. Flat rate of $49 per person for buffet breakfast (extra if you wanted a coffee) and $99 for buffet dinner. Cheapest bottle of wine $60. Service at other times very slow.

Very good loction. Resort provides free of charge transfers and coach sp you can easily get to other parts of the resort. Staff is very friendly.

Would be good to have some renovation - resort is in good conditions but you can tell is a bit old. For this price, we would expect a bit better conditions. Food in the swimmingpool restaurant and in the main restaurant is good, a bit pricy but what we did not like is the waiting time - almost 1h for burger and salad at the swimmimg pool and quite long time in the main restaurant with the mixed up bill in the end. Staff was friendly, helpful and tried to solve the problems asap.

Large room with large balcony/terrece, fridge, table, and chairs, safe, television etc.. Very nice bathroom. Super soft and smooth bedsheets and pillow cases, very comfy bed. The food and cocktails in the restaurant were very good. We arrived earlier than check-in time, they kept our bags and when the room was ready our bags were already dropped up.

The car parking was not well signposted and a little confusing, it was a bit far from the hotel also and a little confusing to find the correct path to the lobby. No shade in the car park to help keep the car cool. There were already some small spiders around the corners of the ceiling of the room. Some of the lights in the room we could not find a way to switch off.

service from all staff was outstanding. The room was clean and very comfortable, maybe slightly dated but you’re not there to stay inside. New bathrooms in the room made 3 girls very happy. I was surprised at the quality of the food given the distance from main centres and also the use of local ingredients tied into the dishes and drinks too was very clever and well thought out. The buffet dinner was great, especially with a child 👍🏻 The pool area was a favourite hangout - it would have been great to have a few more sun loungers available, but it was very comfortable especially under the sails out of the direct sunlight when the temps rose in the afternoon. The cocktails were amazing!!!

initially we were allocated a room towards the back over looking the car park - the bed configuration was wrong for the 3 of us staying so we were able to change room (great service!!), but if we had to stay in the room overlooking the car park I probably would have cried as it didn’t feel very ‘resort-like’ and seemed a bit dingy - sorry but true

Very comfortable beds. Convenient room design. Restaurants are available at the resort. The resort restaurant opens for breakfast early enough to undertake most activities in the area (but not for driving to Kings Canyon). Good outdoor restaurant for dinner as an alternative to the buffet dinner at the indoor restaurant.

At the check-out, I could not pay with debit cards, had to pay with a credit card and pay the surcharge. Finding a parking spot may be a challenge. Service OK.

It was comfortable

That we couldn’t eat at the restaurant. Tried to eat at 6.00pm with our disabled daughter. Restaurant was empty & we were told that it was fully booked & we would have to come back at 8.00pm. Fortunately a person at reception told us the food is better at Mangata Restaurant & you don’t need a booking. Mangata was fantastic. Very accommodating for our family situation. Thank you Mangata, shame on you Sails Restaurant. No care there.

Our stay at Uluru was absolutely a dream! Definitely a once in a lifetime experience. The hotel was awesome and was super close to where we needed to be. For all our experiences we had a coach come pick us up and drop us off back to the hotel. Even had complimentary pick up from the airport and drop off. The staff at the front desk answered all our questions. The entire experience was great. I would stay here again.

I think the bathroom could have been cleaner - the towels that were initially in our room had a few hairs on them. We also noticed the toilet could have been cleaned better. When we first booked the room it said we could request the two beds to Queen rather than Double but this was never changed so the bed was a bit small for us. Also room service/cleaning etc had super unpredictable times.

We liked that the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Our room was located in a great spot in the middle of the resort so was convenient to everything. We also liked the convenience of being picked up directly from our hotel reception for the tours that we booked and the easy walk to the town square from the hotel. This was good as there were a couple of cafes at the town square which offer cheaper food options than at the hotel and it also had an IGA. We also did enjoy eating dinner at both the hotel restaurant buffet and the bar. Both had great food. The pool was lovely and had plenty of seating and a bar. We also used the hotel laundry which was free and also provided washing powder. We would definitely recommend this property.

We didn’t like that the carpark was so far from our room and you were very lucky if you got a park in the closest one due to volume of cars staying there. It was not a deal breaker for us but something that is good to know.

Beautiful pool x lovely room, staff were great and setting beautiful

Disappointed in the choice of restaurants. The main restaurant was a buffet and quite expensive. The bar had a good menu but finished at 5.30pm which was crazy. The only option then was walk to the square to eat where there was a takeaway shop and a pizza restaurant. Just felt for a hotel of this standard there should be another restaurant option that wasn’t $100 a head.

The room was very clean and comfortable. it had everything we needed for our stay. The buffet dinner at Sails was fantastic and a great variety of food. The pool and pool bar area was also clean and enjoyable.

The staff could have been a bit better in their customer relations. For example, we ordered a glass of wine to have with our dinner but it arrived after our meal (after two follow up requests). There were insufficient staff at the breakfast buffet and we had to get up to ask for coffee and the table wasn't cleared very promptly (we moved our dirty dishes to another table).
