The staff were friendly, though I had minimal contact, and the room whilst basic was generally clean, too. Location was ideal in the middle of town as a traveller. I was just passing through. Everything else I required supermarket and a meal was within walking distance.

Personally, I thought the carpets could be cleaner. Something quite small, but it did stand out to me.

Great clean and comfortable place to stay. Had everything I needed and everything worked. Great owner and friendly staff. The restaurant attached to the motel was a fantastic meal, with delivery to your room. So glad I chose to stay and eat here. Will stay again when in Biloela

Motel centrally located in the business area of the town in a side street off the main through road. No night time traffic noise to speak of even though close to highway entrance into town from the East. Good restaurant attached to the motel if meals are required.

Lovely quiet location, not far from the city centre. Which was fortunate as the steakhouse restaurant was not open. Mine hosts were away for a no doubt well deserved break. Advised when I was enroute by mine host that key would be left on bench of (unlocked) booked apartment.

Would have been nice if I was advised that restaurant was not open that weekend. We walked the length and breadth of the township to find restaurants that were open.

The room was clean and comfortable. Customer service was exceptional. The food at the restaurant there was absolutely delicious and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be heading back in the future!

Great location. Good size room with a comfortable bed. Nice big towels. Very nice people and the convenience of the steak house was good.

The pillows were hard and could do with an upgrade.. One of the lights needs a new bulb.

Absolutely loved the food at the restaurant. Also having the restaurant attached to the motel and all being ground floor was great.the motel was easy to find.

No problems. Booking.com advised breakfast is available but this isn't true any more due to a very large bakery/Cafe directly across the road that people have gone to in the past, making it unviable for the motel to offer breakfast.

We really liked the Motel as it was exactly what we needed for the night. The location was perfect and the Manager was excellent with his communication.

There wasn’t anything that we had an issue with. There was nothing for me to complain about or that needed addressing. Would definitely recommend this Motel to anyone I know.

The room was great, 1 queen bed and 1 single, which was perfect for us. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was larger than most motels. The shower was big (you could easily fit 3 people in there), and the water pressure was on point. A hot shower after driving 6 hours was amazing. Check-in and out were easy. Didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, but next time we will. I'd definitely stay here again for long drives.

We were surprised that the Steakhouse Restaurant was not operating over the weekend, but when the lady who was booking us in realised that we were looking forward to a nice steak dinner, special arrangements were made, and we enjoyed a beautiful steak dinner in the restaurant. That action illustrated the commitment to their guests.
