From the moment I walked into Biloela Hotel, I was made to feel welcomed from all staff members. Which was later followed up by The boss asking if my recovery was going well. As I was just released from hospital on the first night of my check in.....my recovery is going well thanks to being able to stay at the hotel, which is quiet and respectful, the room being comfortable, bathroom facilities always kept spotlessly clean, The food is absolutely delicious...not only is the accommodation being very affordable the hotel meals are well priced as well. Biloela Hotel is well situated in the town making it very accessible to all shops and banks. Thank you to all staff members at the hotel for a great stay.

Absolutely nothing

Booked online, 5 hour drive, called hotel to advise ETA, asked about restaurant closing time, cutting it close - end result my perfectly cooked Med Rare 400g Rump was served within minutes of arrival. Accommodation in old part of hotel has it charms, love the old verandas, perfectly adequate for my overnight stay. Staff all friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Will be back next week for work.

Street parking for work ute but all good, sleepy town.

I travel a lot and stay in regional hotels frequently. BH is top of the list. Clean, maintained and modern decor. Staff are without a doubt THE best. Stacey, Abby, Matty and Josh outstanding assets to the property. New fridge installed less than 2 hrs after I notified them late in the day. I was called and offered a room with a TV on my second night and the staff moved my things while I was at work for my return. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious. Low price is a bonus. Highly recommend!! Thank you BH.

As we only did an overnight stay, the accommodation was fine. A comfortable bed, bar fridge, TV and a hand basin. Ladies shower and toilets were right next door to us and the men's was a minute away from our room. Has a huge landing outside that is set up with chairs and a table outside of each room. Bottle shop was right under us. On arrival we were told that it could get loud that night as they had bands playing until about 2am. Was dreading it, but in the end, we could only just hear it.. Not enough to worry about. For dinner, I got the Reef n Beef. OMG!!! It was delicious. The scallops were huge and the meat was cooked perfectly!!! My partner got steak chips and salad and he thoroughly enjoyed it but was jealous of mine. All staff that we dealt with were friendly and polite.

The location was central to all amenities and enjoyed a meal from the bistro in the eveniing. Friendly staff made all the difference to my feeling at home.

The air conditioner was old and a bit noisy, would suggest they replace with a modern split system AC. It disrupted my sleep, and the curtains didn't quite block out the streetlights right outside my window,

Nice spacious room and comfy bed. Lots of hot water, and don't even need to leave the building for dinner. Location was great, walk to everything including Woolies. The gnocchi at the bistro was so good. A stand-out meal on our roadtrip! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Hardly anything...just a hint of cigarette smoke in the room seeping in from the beer garden downstairs which we hate.

Easy street access, easy to get in and out of the building without going through the hotel area. Room and bathroom were great. I ate in the hotel, had an entree and enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and cheerful.

The step between the common area upstairs and hallway to bedrooms, would be better if it had a step indicator on front of step so it stands out.

Love the old style hotel accommodation. The bedding was very comfortable, hot water did its job, aircon worked well and it had everything we need in our room.

A bit of noise from below with the doosh doosh music and room could do with block out curtains as our room was lit up like the Burj Khalifa at night.

Great location- in town. Walk to shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Had the best long island cocktail and prawn dumplings in curry soup. Definitely go back for the food and drinks.

Smokers on the balcony, smell of cigarettes in the lounge area from smokers.

The double room with shared bathroom was very nice. The room had it's own sink & fridge. The shared bathrooms had everything we needed & were clean. There was a shared lounge which had a microwave, jug, sofa, TV. It was perfect for an overnight stop.
