Did not have breakfast, though location is very very good

I prefer to have tank water, as was advertised so hence why I booked. Unfortunately there was none as the tank water tap when I turned it on, had NO water at all coming out, I then went and purchased water separately

We were in Dalby for a horse event at the Dalby Showgrounds. It was lovely to be able to stay in an air-conditioned room and cool down in the pool at the end of the day. I had booked the suite for the extra space as my husband had to do some work from the room while I was riding. The suite was comfortable and had everything we needed- it was hard to leave!! Didn't have the motivation to use the Jacuzzi because it was summer and the pool was right there! Because I had the car, hubby had to walk to the Showgrounds on occasion. He informed me that it is not a far walk and if you go through the park it is quite pleasant. The park has a beautiful water feature to walk along. Lots of fast food around for a snack, and the Indian restaurant in town is amazing, try the Malay Kofta if you eat there!

Everything was amazing, the only minus was the very slow internet in the executive suite- maybe because it is higher up from the other rooms? We ended up porting from our mobile phones to make working possible.

The bed was absolutely fantastic probably the best bed we have ever slept it, we both had a perfect night sleep. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated we loved the little rainwater tap. Even though it is right near a main road it was very quiet, or we were so fast asleep in the amazing bed we didn't notice any noise or traffic.

On the app it said check in is until 8.30pm but we had a call and were told they close at 7.30 so that left us rushed the get there but luckily we made it just before 7.30pm

Very friendly staff, everything was very clean including the supplied glassware in the room and the breakfast room. We also very much liked the warm type lighting in the room, just feels so comfy. Will definitely stay there again.

A very clean and comfortable room, with above-average seating. Our host was very friendly and obliging and we really appreciated the excellent continental breakfast in the comfort of the dining room.

Have stayed here a few times in the last few years, I must say that the bedding is the most comfy out of all stays I have had anywhere. You appreciate the bed after a long hard day. Facilities are great, suitable for that working night away from home. 5 min walking distance to most eateries and essentials. Just a great place.

Easy check in, convenient, clean

Card to access room stopped working as I kept the card too close to my phone. Handy to know for future.

Excellent customer service, very accommodating, I was a late arrival and they prepared my room for me, heater and lights on, and made sure I had crockery and cutlery to be able to eat a quick meal :) Very friendly and caring

just what i needed, ,comfortable bed, immacculate room, great breakfast, friendly host, if i'm ever back that way ,i'm staying there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had all things we required and felt secure.

Close to the highway and so traffic noise began early in the morning.
