Older accommodation style but exceptionally clean and comfortable! We travelled for a sporting carnival. The staff were lovely, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were fitted out with everything you need. It was winter and very cold, the staff had turned our ac on, so when we arrived, it was cozy and warm. Walking distance to the pub for meals and bakery and cafes for breakfast, coffee, or snacks. I would definitely recommend this motel and would stay again.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, very close to everything in town. Having stayed previously, there were no surprises.

The tables outside in the undercover area needed a good clean, food residue, and were a bit poor. It seems that every motel has a different policy for rubbish disposal, here you don't bin your food scraps etc, it must be left inside for the cleaner, don't use the bins outside, unfortunately we didn't know.

Cleanliness of entire exterior & interior of accommodation. Beautifully presented with each indiv room having a large portico/space with the prettiest arrangement of planters containing healthy welcoming flowers growing. A great welcome after long days driving. The sunset from our room was an added bonus. The lady who welcomed us was the most pleasant personality and her welcoming style was very appreciated.

Nothing there was not a thing we found not to like. Goomeri is a rural country town, and therefore if you are stopping usually you are visiting or passing through. I couldn't fault this motel.

The property is typical country motel, there is plenty of parking and the rooms are comfortable enough. The owner was very helpful with regard to helping us find somewhere to eat on a night when many of the local places are shut.

The hotel is on the route for KKRT yet they do not really cater for bikes. It would be great if they could offer a safe lockup location for bikes as bikes are not allowed in the rooms.

The motel was in a great location for my walking along the rail trail. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked to stay an extra night which at first they were unable to do. However later that day they rang me to say that there was a vacancy. The rooms were clean and provided all the facilities I needed.

Unfortunately the neighbours were heavy smokers and the smoke was constantly drifting into our room which was quite unpleasant . Maybe an idea to make a smokers area away from the rooms.

We booked late as I was traveling through after picking up my nan. The lady stayed up and called me checking in on my travel and when we arrived she noticed we were exhausted so she helped us with our bags and I dropped my wallet and thankfully she found it and gave it to me. Her service was above and beyond

Absolutely nothing we will be bringing out family back here and using it as our midway stop from now on

Extremely clean, well lit, comfy beds, well-fitted out. Prints by d'Arcy Doyle throughout unit are just beautiful (our highly talented Queenslander 1932-2001). Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Whole unit in very good condition. This motel would be one of the best we've ever stayed in, and we've travelled plenty. Lovely outside area - climbing plants make for privacy, BBQs, heaps of tables & seating, open outlook, whole area so clean. Such a pleasure to stay here, friendly personal welcome, definitely recommend this Motel. Sincere thanks to Bob, Jenny & Desley.

Not one negative.

Easy walking distance to town. Great country town with plenty of shops to look at. Central location to our next destination. Chairs and table outside our room were excellent. BBQ area and outdoor dining table and chairs for 6 were well used.

Only a small negative ,shower head was small and down too low, not ideal for tall people.

The 2 bedroom family room is exceptional, beautifully cleaned, has everything you need as a family. Plenty of room, comfortable bedding. Friendly service.

Not a major thing but having the option of a room service breakfast would be great. But understand there is some wonderful places to eat in town
