We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed with the value it offered. For a moderate hotel, the bathroom was exceptionally nice, and the overall design and facilities were well above expectations. The undercover parking was very convenient and provided a secure spot for our car, with easy access making it hassle-free. While not a 5-star establishment, this hotel is perfect for a quick overnight stay, especially given its excellent location. We found it hard to beat the quality and value compared to other options in the area. The staff and fellow guests were very pleasant, and the beds were by far the most comfortable we've experienced during our weeks of travel. After a long trip, we finally found a bed with the perfect balance of firmness and comfort—just like Goldilocks would approve! When we're back in Kingaroy, we’ll definitely choose to stay here again.

The staff were so lovely and the manager was amazing!! We were travelling with a new born and 2 jack russles. We were able to book the room next door for my father in law for a few nights while he was passing through town....saved him from a crying baby all night...the manager swapped a few things around to make it happen.....meant so much to us!!!

That we couldn't stay longer

The lady at reception was very welcoming, extremely pleasant, and helpful her customer service was exceptional,The room was modern, clean and well kept . The bedding was good quality 👌 so comfortable and even had a chocolate on the pillows. I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay there again. Absolute credit to the staff, thank you.

At first I thought the traffic noise would be a problem but it was quiet after dark and I had the best sleep I'd had in a long time.

The room and bed were quite reasonable. Liked the way the bathroom was around the corner so late night lights would not disturb a sleeping partner. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a bag of washing up liquid but you still could not wash out your breakfast dishes and coffee cups adequately. Using the bathroom for a kitchen sink is old hat. Just having a bed spread was not adequate but at least a spare blanket was available.

The lady at reception was really helpful , wished me a good stay , had a minor problem with the TV remote again the office lady apologised for the problem then promptly exchanged the device problem solved . The rooms were clean and comfortable , the bathroom was first class , the bed was perfect , best nights sleep in a long time , all good until the emergency helicopter passed over to the hospital , no problem .

Really appreciated the easter eggs left on our beds as an Easter gift. The room was exceptionally clean. Was great having a kitchenette with enough appliances and cutlery to cook both dinner and breakfast. Great location for the rail trail.

Although they were outside, having people smoke near our rooms was the only negative part of our stay as it meant we had to have a door closed to prevent the smoke getting in to our room.

The motel room was nicely laid out with a kitchenette, shower amenities and plenty of cupboard and drawer space for a compact room. Comfortable bed with a nice little touch of a gold foil wrapped chocolate placed near the pillow. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. We found it comfortable and good price for the night. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, well set out and had a well-appointed kitchenette. Ability to park in front of the unit was a bonus.

Ash trays were provided at table and chairs outside each unit's entrance. Cigarette smoke from other units constantly affected the air quality in our room. We do not use air conditioning and rely on natural ventilation. One guest was outside her room coughing and smoking at 3AM. The out of hours key return box was just outside our door. Please put some foam on the bottom of the box to deaden the noise made by early departers(3am) dropping off their key. When booking I made an online query about charging an electric car. Did not receive an answer and did not see any provision for charging an EV. If I charged my car where it was parked, it would be a trip hazard.

Staff super friendly and very easy to check in and check out. Room was great and excellent value

Another guest stayed in hotel but left his 2 working dogs in the car, and they barked many times in the night, waking me up. Not the fault of the motel, just an irresponsible dog owner.

The Location was perfect for me as e everything we needed was close by .The pool was nice to relax in and we enjoyed playing ping pong .

I didn't like how the bathroom door didn't stay closed , we had to put the bin Infront of it to keep it closed when in use.
