Really clean, friendly staff/cleaners, able to meet our needs, loved the plant details at each room.

Location was great. I ordered a simple breakfast of Vegemite toast, with plunger coffee and juice for two, I ordered it for 7:30 am both mornings. It arrived promptly, it was well presented on the tray. Toast was perfectly cooked. So nice to sit and eat breakfast without having to worry about going out. Pool area was clean, neat. Motel was clean, nice plants in pots. Aesthetically pleasing. Staff lovely and helpful.

Motel was easy to find and access with parking at front of unit. Very quiet location with no noise from outside traffic. I loved the wall mounted soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower and hand basin areas. The gardens were extremely well cared for and I noted that all the plants were healthy and in sunny locations. There was an amazingly pergola with a massive table and BBQ facilities beside a neat and tidy pool area ... We had a "family reunion" with four rooms booked over two nights and had intended booking restaurants for meals; however, the pergola area was sooo nice and peaceful, we decided to have takeaways on both nights while relaxing together around the pergola table.

The location was great. Beautiful poolside room. We were there to do my partners daughters wedding as I'm a florist and turned the room into a work den. The owners knew and came to have a look. Everyone was happy and impressed. We cleaned up our mess and left on good terms.

Only criticism was I asked when I booked if the air con could be on when we arrived on Thursday as we were carrying precious cargo with the wedding flowers that needed to survive until Saturday and it wasn't on although to be fair, it was stormy and not blinding hot. The microwave glass plate isn't the one that belongs to the microwave therefore it slipped, jumped.and hopped barely turning and made it hard to heat our food. We managed. The motel owners were lovely and we thank them very much.

Room was fine, quite quaint & a bit old fashioned. Pleased we had the extra quilt in the cupboard as it was a very cold night.

Please get someone to remove the VERY ANNOYING teletext on the TV, it was quite a small TV & it took up most of the screen at times. NOT GOOD!

Bed was comfortable and had spare pillows and blanket if needed. Room and ensuite was very clean and tidy. Fridge was larger than expected. Cannot judge tv reception as we did not turn the tv on at all.

Had a corner room so parking was a bit difficult but staff was able to accommodate us with alternative parking arrangements. Only drawback was the 2 steps up to the room with NO handrail to hang on to which was difficult to navigate because we are an Oder couple in our 70’s and 80’s. Apart from that we had no complaints with the Motel.

The location was great. All the units were ground floor. No noise from the car park, even though everyone parked outside their unit, the was no vehicle noise, unless I was too tired to worry about it

There are tea and coffee facilities included as complimentary and it is also included on the breakfast menu for $3. I didn't realise this had occurred until after I had ordered breakfast. As a result the breakfast brought to the unit in the evening before, so I could make my own toast and make my own pot of tea, which I could have had for free. I feel the lady who took my order could have told me of this anomaly and I would have been able to correct it.

Our late arrival had been pre-advised and was well accepted with clear instructions for entry. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the shower hot. This is not a grand motel, but doesn't pretend to be, with very adequate features and a comfortable nights sleep.

I loved the folder in the room! So much information about local history, places to eat and things to see. I’ve never seen a welcome folder with so much information! I loved the breakfast option. I wasn’t aware of it before we arrived so it was a nice treat for the kids. My oldest son also loved the pool. It honestly had everything you could ask for.

Check in was quick. The host gave us a quick rundown of the town & things to see. Undercover carport outfront of unit. Settled in & had a lovely swim in the pool that afternoon. Walkable to town (15 mins). For dinner had a nice meal at the RSL. Clean, comfortable beds. Ordered breakfast & it was excellent/cheap for the price. Delicious Bacon/eggs/tomato & juice & delivered on time. Good location & we couldn't hear any road noise. We would stay there again.

The shower was a bit noisy (scretching). Just needs a bit maintenance.
