We only stayed 1 night but were happy with the room. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. We were in Room 18 which is on the 1st floor. Bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great. It had everything we needed for our short stay.

Only minor things that could be improved upon. Lighting in the area of the sink/coffee/fridge could be improved. Toilet roll holder was in a challenging position and could be placed in a more accessible spot. It is on a major road and trucks roll past at all hours of the day, so not a quiet spot for sleeping. Overall, it's an old hotel and could do with a bit of a spruce up - like bedding, shower, etc.

Room was very good, clean and well supplied but kitchenette was cramped mainly due to to toilet handwash area and mirror being part of it.

Reception staff very abrupt to the point of being rude and engaged in arguments with other guests in our presence. Many signs in and around premises threatening financial consequences and bans if rules were broken rather than requesting they be followed. Felt more like a military or police operation rather than a friendly stay over. The words ' Please or Thank You ' did not appear on any of these signs.

I requested a room far from the main road because I am a light sleeper, and the hotel cooperated. The only feedback I have is that the huge mirrors opposite the bed should be removed. It is simply too much. Just the one above the sink in the kitchen is sufficient. The bed was a little hard to sleep on, but I like softer beds. Great place to stay for a couple of nights. I was simply using the accommodations for an overnight trip between Adelaide and Melbourne as it is bang in the middle. Will I stay here again? Yes, I would.

Easy parking in front of our room. The bed was comfortable. Easy to find. They had a book with local attractions and a menu from a couple of restaurants which was helpful. We did go to Nhill dine in to Eat and it was large serves and very tasty.

The kids play equipment was in a very small area by the main vehicle exit and entrance. The pool was not ready to use. It is a two story building with only stairs to walk up. This information should be on the site. 2 elderly had to carry their bags up the stairs. I wanted to ask some local questions at the office during office hours and it was locked 🤔😥

Room was clean & the bed comfortable for our one night stay. we were not bothered by road noise & the trains also did not bother us. As we were heading home we did not avail ourselves of the wifi & only watched a little television.

Your web site insinuated that breakfast was included. It wasn't. This did not concern us as we had ample food on board. The reception was supposed to be open at 8:30am but it wasn't. We wanted to report that the circuit breaker to parts of our room had tripped (we were not using anything at the time) but as we had to leave were unable to do so. The circuit breaker had cut off the fridge & some of the lights. It did not cause us any inconvenience but we wanted to report it.

The owners or managers were just friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and well maintained. I;d stay there again. I was in transit to somewhere else.

I could hear the trucks all night. It might have been the direction of the strong wind that night, or it might just be the position of the whole town, not just the motel. So I didn't sleep so good.

Very easy to find and park. Manager was very welcoming and even passed on a message when I went for a walk and left my phone behind. Room was large and very clean and comfortable with a bath and great block out curtains. Super convenient location with a very easy walk to the IGA Supermarket and to view the Southern Hemisphere's largest concrete silo (very impressive and a good info board about the history) and listen to the recorded message about the draught horse in the development of the region whilst admiring the bronze statue of one. Lots of blossom trees and wattles out, so very pleasant location.

This is our regular place to stay when travelling between Melbourne and Adelaide. We try to stay in the same room each time. We always ask for a room on the ground level. This time we were driving our new van (fitted out for disability equipment) and I was concerned that it was too wide and long to park at the door... need not have worried as there was plenty of room. The shower is perfect. We take our own shower seat; not sure if there is one available. The staff are friendly, as are the owners. Every time we have stayed, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We love that there are power points just above the bedhead for plugging in CPAP machine... sure beats trying to crawl under a bedside table to access power.

Disappointed that the restaurant is no longer operating... hope they can open it again soon. There's not a lot of dining places available in Nhill if you arrive later in the day.

it's near the train rail so might hear bit of noisy when the train passby

Comfortable bed, Good location for where we needed to go. Staff member obliging when a asked for a few extra milk capsules and Tea bags, thank you. Appeared to be fairly clean throughout with exception of the shower glass, a few smears noticed when the morning light was coming through the bathroom window.
