A budget priced accommodation which served its purpose for a short visit with family. We've stayed a number of times over the years, and it was good to see carpet had been replaced. The staff were friendly and helpful, contacting us quickly so we could return and retrieve forgotten items.

The bathroom could do with a good clean, especially the shower and exhaust fans. Also, it's time to replace the thin fraying towels. As other family members were staying at the same time, we were aware some rooms had newer reverse cycle air-conditioners, unlike the noisy old air-conditioner in our room. The outside grounds were a little neglected with large weeds in garden beds.

The location is quiet, and the room while small was cosy. Everything very clean. The staff member at reception was very kind and helpful. We chose to stay there as a jumping off point to visit the Little Desert, as it was a bit cold for camping (-1°C at night).

Our room was in the middle of 3 barracks - like rows, painted a dispiriting grey. It meant that the window looked out across the gravel onto the row opposite. The other two rows faced onto the garden and would have been nicer. There was no microwave, although you could walk across the carpark to use the kitchen. Nor was there a table. The motel is rather old, although freshly painted. The heating/cooling unit rattles loudly and struggled to warm the room, as it was poorly insulated. To be fair however, we were quite snug with the electric blankets provided and overall it was good value for money.

The staff were very accomidating to us when my original accommodation cancelled on us while travelling. The room was very clean and tidy. Check in and out was easy. Would use them again when we are in the area.

The kitchen was not very clean when we used it. However, this was late at night. While the amenities such as a kettle with tea, coffee, and sugar were provided along with chilled glasses, there was no milk for a morning coffee, which would have been appreciated.

Doing the trip from Melbourne to Adelaide and wanting to break up the journey usually meant stopping in Horsham. Most of their motels etc. are on the main road so you get the constant noise of trucks during the night. So I decided to drive that little bit further to Dimboola which has been by passed from the main road. The motel is fine for a night, and very quiet, bliss. It's a bit out of town but that's OK. I went into town for dinner at the Victoria Hotel which was a real find. It is a must visit for anyone wanting a real country pub vibe, and nice meal, friendly people etc. I'll definitely be calling back there again. Next morning had a good breakfast and coffee at a nice coffee shop which I think was called something like The Store. Winners all round.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, decor was nice. our host was easy to communicate with and helpful with check in although she wasn't onsite. She was also a lifesaver, posting my daughters earphones back to us after they were left behind! Very grateful

just a couple of suggestions, there were no dishes or butter knife for helping with breakfast needs in the morning, this could be added to the room. But it was a good place for a rest in comfortable room.

Didnt have any as was too late when we were going to fill it out , & no one told us of the cut off time .

We just thought we would like to watch the news or something in the evening, but didn’t know how to get it on a normal television station and we rang and asked the staff but they didn’t even know how to do it,

The girl on the phone was really nice and efficient, which made booking easy. The room has a classic old-style motel vibe that I actually appreciated — most importantly, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is quiet and conveniently close to the highway. Would stay again!

The room and all facilities were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - on the main road but quiet and only a few minutes drive to shops etc. A good laundrette and communal dining area was also available and useful.

The swimming pool didn't appear particularly clean, so we didn't use it.

Very clean and comfy motel with all essential requirements included. Plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed! Would stay again.

Definitely requires a microwave as the only place open to eat was the pub and it was extremely busy! Also the room had a toaster and tea towel but no dishes/bowls or cutlery! (Maybe just a one-off occasion)!

Very clean with new bedding and an excellent heater. Perfectly located for a halfway stop between Adelaide and Melbourne. Well priced and good value. Loved being able to have my dog and there is an empty paddock next door for zoomies!

It's dated but it's fine.
