Vicki was wonderful when I was quite a bit later than expected arriving after reception closed. She had a key in a lock box, which was so easy to access. My room was spotless, and very comfortable, shower was nice and hot, and it was nice and quiet. The location was perfect for my purposes.

Only thing that I would criticize, would be the electric blanket wasn't plugged in, I moved the bed to plug it in, then don't think I turned the switch on, as it happened, I didn't need it anyway, I was quite warm enough without the electric blanket.

The room and aesthetics (potted plants), cozy vibes, being quite close to many food joints and just half an hour away from Grampians - all of these worked wonderfully during our stay in Horsham! The room was spacious, comfortable and kept clean. Our host (Vicky) was kind and gave us a local map and showed many meal options around Comfort Inn May Park. She went further to provide recommendations for places to visit on the next day! Easily one of the good stays in Horsham.

The towels kept folded/ ready for our use had fine hair stuck on them. It wasn't apparent when you looked at it, but the hair showed up when I unfolded and started using them. Similarly, there was some fine hair in the sink/ bathroom area as well. The cleaning staff could've looked carefully to check if everything was good to go during the room set-up for the next guest.

Review Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us a great breakfast recommendation. The suggestion was excellent. There were some disagreements regarding the bill at the café, but the issue was handled professionally. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location is fantastic, as everything in town is easily accessible. A wonderful place for a stopover on the Great Ocean Route from Melbourne to Adelaide. The reception was easy to find, and the welcome was very warm. Many small extras created a cozy atmosphere. I can highly recommend this stay without hesitation. The room was spotless. Comfy beds . Central location and easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. Parking outside the room as expected in a motel. I could hear nothing from the adjoining room but we did hear a car outside which may have been leaving early ( as expected in this kind of hotel/motel) Staff were lovely . There was a little bottle of milk for tea offered at reception when we arrived ( much needed cup of tea!)

There was a bin outside marked for masks which gave it a bit of a Covid/quarantine feel .

I really like tthe hospitality of the owners. this is the third time we have stayed over the last twelve months and it is our first go to place. I liked the extra touches of plants and little touches of artifical flowers in the towels, when we were there around xmas there were little christmas decorations in the towels and on the pillows. It just goes to show that the owners like what they do. They also genuinely say to you at the end of your stay. Travel Safe.

We were in the unit next door to the motel which was a lovely surprise. We traveled with toddlers who enjoyed having space to roam in, a room to share and a courtyard to play in. White and modern understated decor and comfy furniture. Convenient walking distance to grocery stores and playground across the road. Would 100% recommend to families. Will definitely happily book again!

There was nothing we didn't like. It's well thought out with amenities and kitchen set up like an Airbnb with condiments and pantry essentials. Wish we had more time to enjoy it all. We only stayed one night as travelling to Adelaide.

We stayed in Room 1 and were so impressed by the size of the room! Extremely comfortable stay with a huge TV with everything you need along with an excellently appointed and large bathroom. The selection of wine in Reception was very impressive. Location is exceptional too. Great block out curtains also!

I was expecting it to be noisy due to being opposite May Park but surprisingly for the light sleeper that I am it was not as bad as I was expecting!

Room was large and clean. Massive bathroom which was really clean and tidy as well. Comfy beds and the room was quiet, we had an OK view of the city but we appreciated the closet space for all our clothes as well. Friendly staff. Room service Food was nice as well for breakfast

Only thing that was challenging was when we ordered breakfast room service, as there was three of us, we had no real table for all of us to eat at, so a room service trolley would of been good to have in room to turn into a table and two of us could of eaten using that table and the other person use the shelf/table provided in the room. Plenty of chairs in room for room service, just a lack of table. Challenging to find a parking spot to check in and unload all our suitcases, same with checking out. Hard one to solve though given its in the CBD

TV had movies for my kids Bathroom and bedroom were super clean Check-in was easy and the friendly staff accommodated our late arrival with ease. Free bottle of fresh cold milk given at check in. Great for your cereal or cup of tea the next morning. Little things like this are appreciated when travelling with children. And there were complimentary biscuits too, and they were actually good quality and delicious! Effective heating in the room and Electric blankets on the beds made a winter stopover instantly cosy.
