Convenient location for an overnight stay. Incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff with plenty of local recommendations. Beds were very comfortable and parking easily accessible for vehicles of all sizes. New split system in room worked very well for heating the space on a cold winter night. Large smart TV a bonus.

Building in need of some repairs - bricks loose at entrance to room, old air conditioner still in wall right at head of one bed. Lots of road noise, but to be expected given location.

Great price and spotless. It is looking abit tired but for a budget motel it is totally fine. Very nice gentleman on reception and would definitely stay there again when in Horsham. Sheets were crisp and clean.

The wooden headboard thing housing lights bed makes it nearly impossible to sit up in bed unless you construct something to sit against with the supplied pillows. Should be ripped out and wall lights be put in. Hit my head several times on it...ouch

Staff were an absolute joy. Super helpful and delightfully pleasant. Went through all the local food options, which ended up helping us find a really nice takeout resturant instead of resorting to Junk Food (We got in a little late and thought that was our only option) and when we forgot to list our room number on the delivery, the concierge remembered I took the pamphlet and was able to direct him to us and offered plates and cutlery. Stellar Customer Service!!

The gentleman at the reception had the best customer service 😎 If I was rating the stay just on him, it would be 10/10 😎

It had everything you needed, but was a little outdated, but very clean and comfortable 🙂

100% met all requests, very easily accessible for mobility impaired, clean, nice, hot water, and my friend enjoyed the guest biccies. A/C was on for us and very nice policy allowing 24 hour arrivals. Pretty quiet, too@

Would have liked a kitchen style sink, had to leave you a dirty cup and saucer.

The overall friendly manner and helpfulness of the staff, as a family run business you can tell the pride they take. The rooms may not be brand new yet fully functional and great value for money. The customer service is the entire reason we will be back again. Thank you 😊

We loved this motel. When we arrived we had a very heavy trailer attached & needed to leave it attached to our car. The owner organised a place for us to park. They were very helpful. There is a busy road outside but we hardly heard any noise at all. The room was spacious, & clean. The motel is a little dated, but everything we needed was provided. This is a great little place to stay. Lovely people, great experience. We would love to stay there again. Thanks folks.

There was nothing we didn't like. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Well done.

The room was clean & tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The extra table and chairs was was bonus. The amenities eg) Kettle, Ice cold fridge & biscuits were appreaciated.

Some cosmetic repairs will be required in the near future. The bathroom sink needs either replacing or resealing. This is not urgent.

The family room was spacious. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The carpet looked fairly new.

It seems they have tried to renovate the bathroom. It seemed to be either finished or the shower was not installed properly. Motel was not walkable to town. There was some road noise.
