Simple place that was perfect for a rest stop and to move on from. Would not use the space as a homebase for visiting the area, unless you were planning on returning to sleep only. TV was great and well placed showers ran nice and hot heating unit ran well all the ammenities you would need to freshen up and have a good cup of coffee in the morning was available. towels were nice and fluffy

There were electric blankets, which was awesome. But a slight downfall was that not all of the beds leads reached the powerpoint.

Convenient location to Town Centre, Eateries, Botanical Garden, River and Parks. Clean and Spacious Room, can park car right in front of our room with no time restrictions, Great shower, Comfortable bed and Happy with other room amenities.

Flying insects in ensuite were observed at night time (we did not leave the door open, only when necessary to get in and out of the room), perhaps a fly wire screen at front entry door may help.

The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Had recently been painted and carpet and curtains were new; looked fresh despite dated build. Nice to have a jug of cold water in the fridge on arrival and real milk - not capsules. Comfortable bed. Whilst we didn't meet any staff, as check-in was closed before we arrived and before we left (the next morning), the staff were helpful, calling to see when we'd arrive and arranging where the key would be.

Location was excellent, the room was very clean, service was great. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and assisted us with a small issue we had with the television.

We spent a 42 deg afternoon and very hot night and the small air conditioner even when on high did nothing to cool the room. It definitely needs an upgrade.

They communicated well and the room was huge! Totally exceeded my expectations. It had a very retro vibe, but wasn't in disrepair.

The only fault was that the towels were brand new. Seem great right? Except they were so new that the fluff came off on me when I dried myself! They just needed a wash or two before being put into use. By the time you read this they'll probably have been washed and be fine.

The Smart TV had no instructions (or if there were, I couldn't find them). It took me 10 minutes of random button-pushing to find a TV channel. And then, in the middle of a program I was watching, it cut out, saying 'No signal. I wasn't willing to spend another 10 minutes of button pushing to find the TV channel again.

This hotel is very nice to stay... Staff are very helpful and friendly and they do an amazing job of maintaining this property... Price is very friendly, location is very good and room is comfy... [especially so after a long drive / day]...

Its not a negative as I like this hotel very much BUT the building is older and has some unavoidable signs / quirks of age... If you are looking for CLEAN, comfortable, basic accommodation in horsham this place is great...

The staff are fabulous. When we needed some extra plates, they immediately accommodated. The room was large enough for 4 adults for a simple stop over.

Beds were a little old and saggy, there were no chairs, so you had to sit on the beds which contributes to the sagging. Overall though, very minor issue and for 1 night, the price and hospitality was perfect.

Glynlea motel was clean and comfortable and quiet. Situated on the road coming from (and going to) Ararat, so handy for an early get away in that direction.

I brought my own salad for the evening meal, as the motel was a car ride away from the centre of Horsham for restaurants. However travelling as a woman on my own there seemed little point in going out to eat. I didn't investigate takeaways!

Good sized room for queen bed and two singles.. perfect for Mum and 2 teens. Great basic facilities, clean bathroom, small fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Really friendly and helpful owners. Can recommend Tandoori Nights for dinner, dine in.

nothing to dislike but fridge was so cold it froze our groceries!
