It was pet friendly and despite the rather shabby exterior - weeds along the front of rooms, enormous pot holes in the entry driveway, the room was surprisingly modern and recently updated to a very comfortable space. The price of the room was very reasonable.

I’m pretty sure the info. online about the motel indicated there was free WiFi. However there was absolutely no reference to it in the room or the compendium. As we were there for such a short time, I didn’t follow it up with office. The outside of the motel suffers quite badly from lack of attention to weeds along the pathway along all the rooms

Room was neat and tidy, classic 60’s motel vibe with fresh paint and carpet. Bathroom has been redone. We were travelling with a dog and it was the only place i could find between Melbourne and Adelaide that took pets. If you have an animal make sure you call ahead when booking online as they have limited rooms available. Pool looked good but didn’t use, there looks like there is a bit of landscaping going on at the moment.

It’s a budget motel room in Horsham. The entrance was a little disheartening and the driveway needs some negotiating but as another couple staying there said “the rooms were a nice shock compared to the outside”.

Very short drive to town centre and supermarkets. Have previously stayed here. This time, my room was modestly but tastefully updated. It was clean without any cigarette smell or fake smell of air freshener. Also good that bed sheets didn't have any obvious fragrance smell. This is good if you are prone to headaches or interrupted sleep due to chemical smells. Still a cigarette smell at the front desk but that's okay, as I once again found the owner to be quite friendly.

Outside facilities in a work in progress state although no big deal, as I was only staying overnight. Like a number of motels in Horsham, this one is on the highway which runs through the town. Can hear some trucks passing by, mostly till about midnight. Consider using ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

I was lucky to have scored a dog friendly room, and that’s what I liked. It’s dog friendly! I loved the pre warm room at arrival and the heated blanket. The room I had was clean! It didn’t smell like other dogs or how people in previous comments said cigarettes. We had everything what you want in a motel room, microwave, kettle, coffee and tea, and more. Tracey is very helpful and friendly.

The office does smell like cigarettes but, but at the end who cares? It’s not where guests sleep.

To be honest I was a little dubious on arrival. The motel looked a bit run down and shabby. But the welcome was genuine and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were little extras like plates and cutlery and glasses, which was very handy. Our dog could stay which is the main reason we picked the motel along with handy location. Although it was right on the highway we couldn’t hear the traffic in our room. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. It could do with a lick of paint on the outside to freshen it up a bit, but overall we were happy with our stay and would return the next time we are in the area.

Beds were a bit too ‘mobile’. The castors were so speedy, that when I sat on the bed they shifted away so fast I fell off! Never had that before. Would have been better to have the single bed against the bathroom wall, so the double was easier to watch the tv from.

The staff ( lady in the front office ) was very polite and helpful the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bathroom had all that we needed and was modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable with enough bedding for us. It was quiet and dark to sleep.

The only thing was we found it hard to shut the curtains to cut out all the light and for total privacy.

Very surprised at quality of room for price. Quite spacious. Fully renovated with good fittings. Looked brand new. Smelt clean. Included microwave, toaster, crockery cutlery, hairdryer, iron. Comfortable bed, queen plus single.

Very poor external appearance. Initially regretted making the booking except for the good price. Door lock was low security. Aircon a bit noisy but effective.

The size of the room was huge. A double bed along with a single bed was more than required. The beds were extremely soft and comfortable. Nice, huge bathroom with 24 hrs hot water availability. The hostess was extremely kind and understanding. Would love to go back again. Everything was great. Just outside the city but walkable (20 mins)

Very friendly and helpful proprietor. They are gradually renovating the property. We stayed in one of the recently decorated rooms. Some of the linen was well worn but clean, microwave, fridge and tea & coffee facilities provided plus a jug of fresh milk brought to room, no air con only a window fan. Excellent place for one night stop.

It looks a bit dated and run down from the road, swimming pool area being re landscaped not in use.
